Has anyone ever had an issue with shipping on prime pantry? I made an order 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t moved since Saturday Nov 7. The tracking says delay due to arrival at incorrect carrier facility. Neither usps or amazon know where it is. They both say the other has it. Just curious if that’s happened to anyone else and then if they eventually ended up with the package.
I’ve never ordered from pantry, but amazon’s customer service has always been wonderful. Try them again on chat, or call them and see if they can fix it. It’s been almost 2 weeks, they should be able to do something for you.
