I’m a Shop Your Way member, and I just received an email with $13 worth of free points to spend on a clothing purchase in store or online. It expires in five days. Just wanted to give a heads up!
Kmart always is giving me free points. I just received $20 if you spend $20 and now I received this email for $14 in points to spend on Kid’s Apparel, valid through 11/25!
I logged into my Shop Your Way Rewards account earlier and I had Surprise Points for $20 off any $25 purchase! Woohoo! Just thought I’d share in case anyone else has these awesome surprise points they didn’t know about. 🙂
I signed into my Shop Your Way account and looked at the “messages.” I saw that if I downloaded the Sears app onto my phone, I could receive $5 in surprise points on a purchase of $15+. Points expire November 23.

I just ordered a pair of OshKosh toddler jeans, a fleece throw, and a bath towel for $1.28 total OOP! (I had $10 in surprise points off a home purchase, $13 in surprise points off a clothes purchase, and 20 cents in points I had previously earned. I also did in-store pickup to avoid shipping charges.)

Thanks! I got $12 off $12 in kids’ clothing! 🙂 I have been so happy with my surprise points offers lately. I also added the Kmart App today after receiving an email about it. Every Friday they have a “Free is Fun Friday Fix” where you can load a coupon for a free item to your account. Today I loaded a coupon for Free Smart Sense Disinfecting wipes (expires in 2 days). 🙂

same here! boo! However for all of you luckies, there is a deal through tomorrow at Kmart (at least mine, in MA) on select women’s clothing: you get 100% aback in points. Not sure if it’s right, but i think you can purchase a piece of clothing with points and then boom get them back again, sort of like rolling EBs at CVS 🙂

I received a coupon in the mail for $20 back in points when I spend $20 in store or online, but there is no barcode or offer code. Does anybody know how this works? Is it tied to your membership, because I dont see it in my account? Sorry for the questions, I havent received this type of coupon in the mail before.
I had gotten an email earlier this week saying I had the $20 0ff $20 Surprise points but it didn’t show in my account. I had to contact their costumer service and they just asked for me to forward the email to them. After that they credited my account.

I have received over $150 in surprise points over the last month! $20 in points on a $20 purchase at least 5 times and several others! Today I got $25 off of a $25 clothing purchase! The more you use your points, the more you will get! With 3 kids, this is making it really easy to Christmas shop on a budget!
I was just going to email you about this! I got $25 for any clothing purchase and had $1 reward points that I didn’t know about. I got my niece her christmas dress and a fleece zip up hoodie for $25.99, free in store pick up, so completely FREE after points. I didn’t even enter my credit card information!!
I got the $14 off $14 clothes! Gonna snag a few things for my son. Woohoo!
Earlier this week I had $20 in Surprise Points off $20. I bought a Disney Musical Mirror that was on sale for $24.99 and paid $4.99 OOP. Then I got a coupon at the register for $10 in points when I purchased $10 (“Starting tomorrow”). So I went back the next day, bought another item for $11.99, used the points and got yet another $10 point coupon when I bought $10 (“Starting tomorrow”, again). Long story short, I ended up banking $20 in points, got back home and checked my balance and I had another $20 in Surprise points. I just bought my baby the Music and Dance BeatBo for $42.99, minus my $40 in points and paid $2.60 OOP, free shipping. So for anyone going to the store, make sure you look at those printed out coupons! I used mine for some stocking stuffers which made my OOP really low. I still have another coupon too!
Also, I’ve got $10/$10 Clothes too. Kmart sure is making it easy on my wallet this year!
For everyone that’s having trouble finding the points, remember that these are surprise points and won’t really show up until you go to check out. I find it easiest to go to shopyourway. com first and log in. There it’s pretty easy to see the “you have surprise points!” present looking thing. Click on that and it will show all your surprise points and their exclusions or whatnot. Then go to either Kmart or Sears website and do your shopping from there. If you have eligible items when you check out it should say “you have $x.xx in surprise points to use on this purchase”. Where I often get hung up is if something is a “hot buy” or on clearance it might not work. And you usually can’t apply other coupons. I always order online for in store pick up or only choose items that have free max shipping. That way I’m not stuck in the store trying to find something that the points will work on. I waste all the time from the comfort of my couch. Who knew picking out free stuff was so much work?! Anyway I hope this makes sense and helps someone get some fun goodies!

I got $25 off $25. I clicked Redeem Points and chose items that were displayed under there. I went to checkout and none of my points are showing available to use at checkout. This happens pretty regularly for Shop Your Way. I think they do it, so you look through everything and get your hopes up that you are going to get it for free or really cheap and then you can’t use them, you get frustrated and your points expire before you have the patience to go back and do it again.
I agree!! This happened to me!! However I called/they verified my item was eligible and supervisor gave me the $20 in points so it would work! Today, I found out I had to spend $30 to get shop your way max free shipping 🙁 1st person said clear history/left chat, 2nd said not max eligible so I investigated further/got answer on my own!! Worst part- it took the shipping cost off but wouldn’t let me place the order so I didn’t know what was going on!
Ok so I have a question: are the $xx off of $xx points from Sears or Kmart good on clearance? They don’t exclude clearance under the description of exclusions but I’m not sure as shop your way customer service always say that surprise points are NEVER allowed on clearance. Thoughts?
Try to use them online on a clearance item and see if it will let you use them.
I used my sears surprise points on clearance pajama pants for me today. The points usually work on clearance if it doesn’t exclude them but if you have problems redeeming them on clearance then customer service might use this as the reason.

My Kmart has Attention women apparel on sale 30% off and there was a sign that said you get 100% back in points when you buy this brand. I’m not sure if you still get 100% points back if you pay with points, but either way great deal and they had lots of cute tops for around $14

I rarely shop. In fact the times I shopped was when they sent me 3 (25$) surprise points at different times. I was so happy! I bought Christmas presents for my son. A light comforter, pillow, iron and electric skillet. It was such a blessing because these were all the things I wanted to get but kept putting off because it’s not in our budget.

thank you for posting this heads up. I had 11 and 12 and I ordered a genie bra and a pair of pants that will be delivered to my home for free. For those who see it stating you have 0 points keep going with checkout process until you get to page in which it allows you to apply points. It almost always says 0 points on that first page for me. You also need to have more than or the exact amount of the surprise points
Be warned the points are an issue. I got an email and tried to use them on the store…20 minutes of waiting to call shop your way I finally had my points. Free outfit for my toddler and a reversible fleece for myself.

I’ve had a lot of free points lately! $6 to Kmart and $15 to Sears two weeks ago and this week $12 to Kmart and $15 to Sears (both women’s clothing) … No minimums. Grabbed some PJs (free as opposed to my buying too many at Victoria’s Secret trying to get rewards cards!) and then some socks to hit the total. Spent about $1 ish OOP.

got $14 for kmart kids clothing so i picked up a pair of jeans for the kiddo for 0.98 cents and $15 to sears so i got the kiddo another pair of khakis for 0.30! and yesterday with my sup rose points i picked up a pair of olive green joggers for $2 so its so awesome to build up his pant wardrobe for super cheap!
