Can I do a card without a photo?

Thanks for your interest.
While you can choose to not put a photo in the card, all of our holiday cards have slots for photos. If you omit a photo from the card, you can continue to order and the card will print with a gray box (instead of an image).
We’ve seen customers who prefer not to have a personal photo in the cards and opt to drop in a generic holiday image from the internet (wreath, snowman, city skyline, etc). This is a creative idea in the event you don’t want to use a portrait.

Quality is awesome! I ordered cards last year from several places including mpix and shutterfly, and cherishables were the best quality of them all! I’m so thankful for this deal bc I wanted to order from them again! Seriously excited about this!!

I ordered these last year when Hip2Save posted the deal. I was very happy with the quality. I’d say they are the same as Shutterfly. I’m using up Christmas cards this year and ordered free prints from Shutterfly or I would be ordering this deal again. I will definitely get them next year!

While we do not offer double sided cards, we do offer folded cards (where you can include an imprint/greeting on the inside of the card). Folded cards are not part of the 50 for $19 promo.
Not sure if this helps, but there are quite a few 5×7 and 7×5 Flat card options (that are part of the 50 for $19) that allow to put multiple photos on the card.

Unfortunately, 10 MB is our max size. There may be some tricks you can find online that allow you to open the file and make it smaller. Just depends on the file type you are working with.

Are these made of Photo Paper Or Card Stock ?

You can choose to produce the cards on either Card Stock or Photo Paper. However, the promo code 5X7HIP19 is only good on 5×7 and 7×5 Flat cards on Card Stock only.
Please note that there are two different options of Card Stock…Semi-Gloss and Matte (both are good with the promo code). Once you click on the card of your choice, you can switch the paper using the radio buttons on the right hand side. You can also click on the little question marks to learn more about each paper option.
The Semi-Gloss Card Stock is one of our most popular choices.

Thanks for reaching out. Just to be sure, we tested the promo code 5X7HIP19 and it is working properly.
The offer is valid on 5×7 and 7×5 FLAT cards on Card Stock only. Please be sure you are selecting either the 5×7 or 7×5 size and that the cards are flat (not folded). Also, please be sure to select a Card Stock option (and not the photo paper options). Both the options for Flat/Folded and Card Stock/Photo Paper are available shortly after clicking on your card of choice. To make it easier, the website is setup to default to both Flat and Card stock.

I have two issues there.
1. I am trying to order “Townhouse Christmas Photo Cards (AJ6DIC2)” but when I click “Personalize” button, the next page doesn’t load correctly.
2. It took a while to show the correct personalize page and finally I tried to order my cards, but it shows “There was an error processing your payment.” and I can’t order them.

In regards to the “There was an error processing your payment”…Please be advised that our Amex payment method is currently down and we are working to get it back up. However, we’ve tested and all other forms of payment are working properly.
