The only better deal I’ve seen is Walmart’s 14′ for $154, but it’s out of stock already. I know Academy had a good deal on a 12′, but you have to live near their distribution center or its $50 shipping. A friend of mine in Waco was able to get hers from Academy.

I had same problem with surprise points. Says I have $12 in surprise points available on women’s clothing of $12 or more. So I add a Kmart brand shirt for $12.99 to cart and it says it’s eligible and meets the requirements but when it goes time to redeem it only takes $.50 off. Ugh!

There is some kind of technical glitch in Kmart’s surprise point system.
Put eligible items in cart, ready to check out and then wait to see a chat feature pop up. Tell them what you are trying to do, that your surprise points are not showing up.
I was helped with two different types of surprise point purchases today 🙂

It wasn’t live for me on my computer. I clicked the link from here on the app on my phone, added an item to my cart, and suddenly the deals were live when I logged back in on my computer.
The kmart ad is showing the handheld vacuum for 9.99 but when I go to the site it’s 19.99.

Very upset with Kmart right now!!! My order for the iron and can opener were cancelled because they over sold it…but they sent me an email saying I cancelled it…THEY LIED!!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH KMART!!! :((( They refuse it fill it when it comes in! I hope no one else’s gets cancelled!
That happened to me before with shoes. It’s the person who was filling your order. They have to pick a reason code for cancellation and they pick whatever they want basically. That’s what I was told by an assistant manager who said she would “address it with her staff”….whatever!
