No. You cannot but the gingerbread house. All their free promo sets are only available if you spend $99. Often you can find them later on Amazon but they are crazy expensive.

I had ordered the minifigures and was surprised to get just one, oh well (: It also took forever to ship. Just got it after a couple weeks. Also, it’s not a sale price. I would never pay $4 for one Halloween lego figure.
