I’m currently looking for a deal…but I’ve read reviews and doesn’t sound like a good idea. Most likely, these won’t ship out until after christmas. there is a 10% restocking fee if it’s returned. I’m on the fence on this one… anyway else have comments about this silly and expensive christmas gift that all the kids are talking about….

No return or exchange on ps4 and before you get your hopes up I bought this and then found out despite having an order confirmation my order didn’t go through. Am now on hold with an estimated wait time of 1hr to see what option I have, since it’s no return/exchange I can’t try to buy it again, plus the visa code wouldn’t work a second time. Steer clear
I placed my first order on here for the FitBit they had on sale a little while ago. My order was automatically canceled b/c it didn’t ship out fast enough….that’s what my email said. It’s a new one on me. I’ve never heard of that. I’m not a fan of this company already.

FYI for all those wanting to get for their kiddos: I have tried this cool toy everyone is talking about!!! You really have to have good Ballance. Also beware getting ON & OFF the thing Bc if you’re not careful or someone isn’t there to help you with it, you might go in circles & end up on your butt!!! Mind you I have had ballet training & I’m pretty good with balancing. So that was my very first & only time playing with it. Got on it twice with help & almost fell on my butt if my friend’s mom wasn’t right next to me to catch me!!!! Hope this helps.
I have been wondering about this very issue. My son is nine and relatively athletic. He does get frustrated though. I would be worried about him not wanting help and getting into all sorts of trouble. He is very independent. Not sure what to do. Thanks for the input.

Agreed with most here…the return policy stinks with these 3rd party sellers. It’s like ordering from Amazon when it’s not prime and is just coming from someone’s garage, or like eBay. You have to be totally committed to the purchase with no intent to return and no expectation for quick shipping.

I ordered yesterday and the Visa Checkout promo code did not work for me, nor did a promo code for 5% that was on their webpage. It was a nightmare trying to get the order placed. I sure hope this order pans out!

The same ones (at least they look EXACTLY the same are on eBay from $50 on up. However they are shipping from overseas so the listings say 10 day shipping but the site days estimated shipping can go into January. My daughter wants one REALLY bad and it’s all she wants so I have been looking but haven’t ordered yet
I ordered the FitBit from Newegg last week. This was my first and last time. I received an email after it supposedly shipped (tracking number provided but didn’t work) that the seller over sold them. Turns out they were a fraud from someone in China. They weren’t supposed to charge me until they confirmed it was shipped. They did anyway. It took 4 days and numerous phone calls to get my payment refunded.
My payment has been taken out of my account an a tracking number has been emailed but when looking up the tracking number there’s nothing? How do I know if this purchase has even been sent?? There’s no phone number to call.
Had anyone got it for free
