HI, I need help with the code. I order cards but the minimum shows up as 12 cards in my cart and I can’t change it to ten to make it free. anyone else is having this issue?
I had that issue and ended up using a different style that allowed increments of ten.
If you don’t want holiday cards, use the design your own and just make 5x7s with square corners and they look great in picture frames!

Not sure what I am doing wrong. I can’t apply the code to my order. It just saved to my account instead of letting me use it. Even going in to apply it from my saved offers it won’t apply.
I’m having issues with my codes too. I’ve saved them all to my account as I get them and now I can’t use the ones I want. It keeps auto selecting things and even after I change them they won’t apply. Getting really frustrated!!!
Sometimes if you remove your saved offers it will apply. Hope that helps!

Hey, do you know if we can have more than one shutterfly account in a household?
I mean, my husband and I both received a IKEA code which we wanted to use. However he is unable to place the order after I used mine (on a separate shutterfly account though). Any ideas?
I’m not positive, but I believe that you can only have one credit card billing address. So even if you are using two different credit cards, but they have the same billing address then you are unable to order.
