I bought almost 400 diapers last time Target had a gift card promo and thought it was a bit too much (even though I’m already down to the last box). But 1000+ diapers? I think that’s a bit too much, plus impossible to predict which sizes I will need.
I have 3 boys under 2 so I know I’ll use them up. You could also select other sizes. They 8 boxes don’t have to be all the same size.
I am on the last box too from the last deal and was planning on getting diapers this week so this works out great! As far as sizes go I have a 5 month old so what I do is order different sizes boxes ex. he’s in size 4 now so I ordered 6 size 4, and 6, size 5 in case he outgrows size 4 by the time I go through all these boxes. Even if he is in a size 4, going up one size doesn’t seem to make a difference since you can still adjust them by the Velcro.
They pretty much never grow out of size 4! Seriously, my 2 year old is wearing size 4 and he started wearing size 4 at 8 months. They do stop throwing on tons of lbs after awhile.
That is so true. Both my boys (20months and 5 months) wear a size 4. 😕
My 2 yr old wears a size 6. So I have to say that my kids grow out of size 4.
My 1st wore a 3 until she potty trained but my 2 boys were in a 5 by a year and never outgrew it!

You can always exchange them if the child grow out of a size.. One reason I like using the red card.. They can pull up the purchase with it.. They can pull up the purchase with any card for that matter.. The question is how long after purchase???? Need to find that out for myself..

Anyone know how quickly the egiftcards are delivered? Is it right away? For example, I need to get a stroller and carseat…..could I do the diaper deal first, then use those giftcards to buy my stroller/carseat on my next order, and then still get another $50 GC for future use?

Sorry… Just re-read the email. It says that the gift cards are sent 4 hours after the items are SHIPPED. So while it’s possible they will ship today, it’s not guaranteed.
Last time I ordered one item that u could pick us non store and once I picked up the item, it emailed me the gift card. It was the first time i had a split order so not sure if it happens all the time.

This is a pretty good deal especially with the extra $50 gc. Target usually does buy two get a $10 gc, but the extra $50 gc when you spend $250 is a nice bonus.

Target site crashed!
I am going to be a mom soon and have a baby girl, but I am not sure if this stock up deal is for me, because one I dont know if these will suit my child, two I dont know what size and how many boxes per size to buy, three I wanted to buy swaddlers but the 10$ target GC deals is not applying to it. Can the experienced mom’s please guide/advise.
With both of my kids I always used pampers target brand or Walgreens brand. They all worked great. As long as your baby doesn’t have any reactions to the diapers. Girls are pretty good with not having leaks. I had problems with my son and daughter leaking out of huggies diapers. At this price I would take the chance. Worse case scenario exchange a couple at a time. Hope this helps.
Pampers are the only Diapers that have worked on my children, PW. My son is 6 months and my daughter is 2 years old (still in size 6), and Pampers are the only brand that my children can wear. Ive tried the “Up and Up” Brand, but that caused nasty rashes due to the chemicals and powder they use in their diapers. They’re pricey compared to others, but theyre also the best quality.
Totally agree! In my opinion, Pampers Swaddlers and wipes are the best of the popular brands. I feel like Huggies are not as good and the wipes tear so easily. The Honest company is great too if you can splurge.
Congrats! For me, both my kids (2 and 5 months) never fit into newborn size they gain weight so fast in the beginning that newborn size is not worth buying. I honestly would buy size 1 and size 2. Size 3 might be big. Even in my hospital where I delivered they don’t carry newborn size they just start at size 1. Huggies diapers always leaked for me. I went through so many pjs each day with leaks. Pampers works better for my kids for some reason.
Pe, you are the right person to use this deal. Get 2 new born sizes and 4 size 1. This will work. Because babies will grow out of newborn size soon. Or get 6 boxes of size 1

I don’t think this deal works on swaddlers just on the baby dry. Main difference that I found is that swaddlers has the blue line that appears when they go to the bathroom. Baby dry doesn’t show anything.
I found Baby Dry to be a little more stiff. And they smell funny when wet. We prefer the Swaddlers…but for a good price, I’ll buy baby dry. Baby dry are usually cheaper per diaper…there are more diapers in a pack/box.

I purchased few items from target before that gives gift cards but I am seeing gift card charge in my bank account. So this looks like target charge for the gift card and give gift card to me? Can someone help me whether this is correct? I threw target receipt do not sure if I contact customer service, how they can help.
Target adds the amount of the gift card into the total for that special product group and then discounts the entire group of products so that the refund value of the products takes into account the cost of the gift card. This is to keep people from purchasing the items, getting the gift card, and returning the items. So for easy math, say a widget is $2 and if you buy 5 widgets you get a $5 Gift Card. When you see your receipt, the total for that group will be $15, but they show the gift card deducted after and the return value of each widget at $1. Does that make sense? I agree it’s confusing.
I get the point for return item but why I see gift card charge in my bank account and also total price for the product? For example, I bought 2 aveeno lotion and total was 10.50 after discounts. I paid 5$ with target gift card and paid 5.50$ using my bank credit card. It was showing I will receive 5$ gift card vying 2 lotion. Now I can see 2 transaction in my bank account 5$ and 5.50$ for this aveeno lotion.
I would check my Target transactions on their site for a breakdown of your transaction. There should only be one charge, unless the order went through twice somehow.
If you can get onto the site, there’s a message popping up stating that there is a line for this item on every size and that you can’t add it to your cart at this time. Looks like this deal is done!

I finally got it after 7 hours!! Everything must be getting backed up from cyber Monday.
It took awhile for me to place the order, but it worked even better than above. I think if your total is $250 before the 15% off, then you still get the $50 gift card. I ordered the four of the Target brand BULK and 4 of the GIANT, so it was $267.92 before the discounts and only $227.73 after the 15% off. I also used Ebates for 2% back and got 2 $20 gift cards, 2 $10 gift cards, and the $50 gift card, making it only $113.18 for 1528 size 3 diapers (just over $0.07 a diaper). I love Baby Dry. Never tried Cruisers but never had a problem with Baby Dry or thought they were weird or cheap or smelled odd or anything. I’ve used them with 3 kids now.
Baby Dry seem to be a lot smaller than cruisers to me. About 1 full size smaller.

I don’t know if the deal is this popular, or target site is having issues or want to control the amount of items sold with these discounts valid only today only? I was so nervous about spending that much money at once on diapers but diapering twins gets expensive and $110 back in gift cards makes it so much easier. I FINALLY got it to work on the Pampers baby dry around 5:30 pm CT. The Up & Up bulk were out of stock by then, and the Up & Up giant packs are still doing the same thing as before (saying “There’s a line for this item”). So while the Pampers were the least good deal of the 3, I still felt like they were a great price, and was glad that something finally worked after trying allllll day long. $222 total for 10 boxes shipped (would have been another 5% off if we had been able to use the RED card but had to use credit card instead), plus $100 back in gift cards, which comes out to $12.20 or so per box, or about 13 cents per size 4 diaper.
Did anyone else get a message saying that the maximum amount of diapers allowed in already in cart? My cart is empty. Not sure what that means.
