Doesn’t even apply to 4 oz fragrance? Doesn’t say that’s excluded either.
Worked for me. I got 2 Oz Unconditional love for $48 and holiday cuticle and hand cream for $12. I didn’t hit free shipping but it took my total from $60 to $30.
It is a cap sensitive coupon, so make sure all lower case, Mr rebates has 5% back too

I bought my favorite, 32oz purity, and a 2oz shower gel to get my total to $60. I did pay shipping but $35 shipped for my $55 cleanser is great!
