i got an email that says “dont forget to redeem” and i click on it and it just takes me to vs online . . how do i redeem it and find out how much i have? this is aggrivating
Jaime, I got the same reminder email yesterday, but never received a code…I contacted VS customer service via LiveChat yesterday, and they said I will receive a replacement card in 3 to 5 business days. It was super easy, and they gave me no problems at all. Much to my surprise, my replacement code just arrived in my email this evening. I would recommend contacting them.
I contacted them via Live Chat and they basically blew me off by saying that it was too late.
