Is this rebate offer work if we buy online and pick up instore? Or it should be bought online and be shipped?
My experience with Walmart in store pick up is, if the item is ordered online & in stock at your location for pick up today, the product comes with a register receipt like you bought it in the store. If the item is ordered online and not in stock at your store but has to be shipped to the store at a later date, usually a week or so later, then when you pick it up at the site to store counter the package comes with the exact same papers as if it were shipped directly to your house.
The rebate form states that you have to include your original packing slip from Walmart.com, so I think it has to be shipped.
I ordered online. And did store pick up. I called the provided number and was informed to send a copy of my order, provided by walamrts website. And it did show that I had picked it up on the hung imprinted out. I hope I get the rebate.

I receive the package but no packing slip to rebate. They know that Walmart has paper reduction policy yet they require packing slip. Tricky deal this one.
FYI: Rebate is good for one brush/household.

It says order from Walmart.com but it doesn’t say it has to be shipped. I wonder if we can send the pick up email confirmation with the printed receipt from store to replace the packing slip?!
