   I have to say I’m a bit disappointed, I was going to display all these individually wrapped cookies on a platter for my son’s teachers and helpers, but some of the cookies came in one big bag, they were not individually wrapped and the bag had no decor or printing on it. I wanted to be very hygienic and give pre packaged goodies only, since I’m always hesitant about eating my customers homemade goods unless I know them very well or personally. In addition some of the frosted cookies are laughable! I have some broken to where it looks like a bite was taken out, another one only had frosting on half, and one of the white with sprinkles literally had 2 sprinkles on it!!! It looks more like a mistake sprinkling. I bought a bunch to give to the school, his classmates and neighbors, so I’ll have to assess them they roll in lol.

  If you call customer service they are very helpful. I had an issue with a delivery last year and they ended up sending extra to my parents

  I would call customer service. My last box came completely smashed, with many of the cookies in pieces. They sent me a replacement almost immediately.

   I bought some Holiday assortment cookies for my son’s classroom and for us to keep at home too. All 48 cookies came individually wrapped and I gotta say all flavor I have tried so far are really yummy (chocolate chip, oatmeal and snickerdoodle). I will definitely order again.
