I tried the Visa Checkout….but it wouldn’t apply the wow50 promo. It was either free shipping and no promo, or a promo and no free shipping.
I had the same experience. sad face.
I did, too so I called my order in and they gave me free 2 day shipping plus the 50% off. I just spoke to someone at customer service and told her it wan’t working so hopefully, they’ll fix it soon,

I used visa checkout last week for a free ship and uI had to wait until the shipping page came up and it said to click on the edit above the shipping type. There was an option to change to free. Hth. I loooooove lands end for me and for gifts. I get a ton of monogrammed items and with the sales the prices are reasonable. I use Ebates and shop your way rewards. I almost always get my order within 2-3 dAys with regular ship.
My merchandise total was over $50 and I just got free shipping on my order FYI.

Call your order in and tell them Visa Checkout isn’t giving you both free shipping and 50% off. They will honor both for you over the phone.
My total was 49.47. so I sent a message via online chat. The representative had me place the order. and give her the order number. She then went in and adjusted it and took off the shipping charge for me. I got a backpack, winter jacket and lined jeans. I am very happy!

Thank you! Navigator rain jackets were $6.99 for my girl and $7.49 for my boy (cheaper after buying discounted gift cards with my Discover card points). I’ve never bought the rain jackets before because I couldn’t justify the cost, but this is super cheap. I also got winter coats for my kids for next year.
How do you know what size you kids will wear next winter? I’m sincerely asking because I have a one year old who wears 2 or 3T, but I don’t know what size to get for next year (when I’ll have a 2 year old), since the sizes are already past the age.
My kids were pretty predictable when they were very young like yours; they would grow one size in one year, but that being said, you can return your purchase if it doesn’t fit next year; just save your receipt! I always return to my local Sears; no problem and no questions ask no matter how long it has been! Lands End return policy is “If you’re not satisfied with any item‚ simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.”

Has anyone had experience with their product guarantee? My daughter had been wearing her coat for 6 weeks and the sleeve is coming apart. I’m not very happy
I have not personally dealt with the product side, but I’ve had to deal with customer service there and they have been very helpful and great! Hopefully the product guarantee is just as good. I’m counting on it 🙂

I had the same issue with visa checkout and the promo code. I got the free shipping, but the 50% off would not come off. The details of the visa checkout free shipping say that they should work together. I used the text chat feature and they adjusted my total. It was very easy!

Just got a winter coat for my daughter for next year at a great price – thanks! I did the text chat with a representative who said that there was a glitch with the 50% and visa checkout promotions not working together. I completed my order, gave them the order number and they sent me an updated email with the shipping removed.

According to her, that’s what you would wear indoor, inside your home (crazy). So only 40% off instead of 50%. Order via phone & they honored free 2-day via visa checkout.

When you click on your name on the top right, it takes you to the points page. Then above your rewards points and surprise points, you see your name and membership number that shows only the last 4 digits. Click on that and there’ll be a pop-up showing your membership number.
