   I picked this up at my HEB for only $5 – it looks like a fun toy – it’s wrapped and ready for Christmas morning – I can’t wait to play it with my 9 year old!

   I just tried to price match this at target and they were really rude. She said they couldn’t price match because it was clearance and was mean about it.

  I will say this is really a store by store basis. Some stores are super friendly and more then happy to price match. My store even price matches and cartwheels on same item (at least their own online price) from what I know the manager there encourages it which means employees are happy to do it. Other stores are different story, some stores managers may take policies to heart and be very strict or not care and don’t educate their employees on what’s allowed, making each employee responsible for understanding and following corporate policy. I wish corporate would be a bit more across the board, obviously they are very coupon friendly corporation but it doesn’t necessarily reach each store the same way.

  To make matters worse when I went to do pickup at store it said it least 4 days when there were 3 clearly on the shelf. It was one of those impossible to get for Christmas deals for me 🙁
