Keep an eye out for deals at Staples for toilet paper too. If you are a rewards member (it’s free) delivery is free from Staples.com. I typically can stock up for my family of 7 for 9-12 months for under $100. They have really good deals and also you get $ off for signing up text alerts and also for e-mail alerts. I order all my TP from Staples. Delivery is typically 2 days from the order date.

Instead of or it should be and. You need to purchase 4 at 13.99 each.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Whoops! Just fixed! Thanks for catching that!

  3. K

There are rebates on Savingstar for these also if you clipped them.

    • Janet

Isn’t SavingStar for in store purchases and not online?? Ibotta you need to have that offer under online purchases in order to use it.

      • K

Sorry, I should have said if you do the deal in store.

  4. Erica

And don’t forget Ibotta rebates for charmin as well

  5. Julie

Can you buy 4 of the same kind or do you have to buy 2 of each?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You can do four of the same kind 🙂

      • Julie

        Thank you Colin

Its not limited to 4 of same, most Charmin products and other P&G products qualify for the $15 off $50 discount.

      Thanks for sharing!

Is there any way to do this in store to be able to use the Iborra rebate?

Off topic, but I would love to get the opinions of some Hip2Save readers since this is a Target post. I went to Target yesterday for the Buy 4 Coke products get a $5 Target gift card promo. I wanted to use 4 of the coupons for a free 12 pack that I had received from the recent My Coke Rewards promo, and it clearly says on the coupons limit 4 like coupons in the same shopping trip. The manager on duty at the time refused to let me do the deal, saying that I could use the 4 coupons but not get the gift card, or I could pay for the drinks without using the coupons and get the $5 gift card. The manager also refused to listen to the cashier at a different register, who had done the deal for a customer the day before, and it had been approved by the manager on duty at that time. A couple of things that I don’t understand – why couldn’t I use the manufacturers’ coupons with the Target promotion, and why would there be a difference if the coupons had each been for $1 off instead of a free coupon? Also, if a customer had used a credit card to purchase the four 12 packs, Target would have to pay around 2% on the $15 purchase to the credit card company, while with the coupons they would have been reimbursed for the full price of the product plus 8 cents handling per coupon, resulting in a gain of 62 cents over the same purchase being made with a credit card.

I called the Target customer service number to ask about using manufacturer coupons with a Target gift card promo. I ended up talking to a rep that could barely speak English (they were probably in the Target call center in Nicaragua or Panama), who refused to transfer me to someone that I could understand and also refused to give me his Employee ID number. I also called the local Target store where I had the problem, and a different manager from the one above didn’t have a clue about whether the coupons could be used with the promo. He was supposed to call me back and never did. However, after reading the some of the posts on Target’s Facebook page, I am not surprised. Any thoughts on this??

Personally I feel your pain but I would personally just let it go. Last year I had a difficult time using the My coke rewards free coupon at CVS with an ECB promotion. My regular CVS would not do it. There was a cashier that I did not know and she gave me a really difficult time and so I went to another CVS and the cashier said she couldn’t do it the register was only allowing her to use one coupon and she called the manager and we went back and forth and eventually he approved it. Most stores’ coupon policy leaves the manager with the final discretion.
If I get turned away from a deal and I know that I am following the stores policy then I would try a different store.
I had a problem with an online Target order and I did have the pleasure of speaking with someone overseas who did not speak English very well but he did send me a gift card for my inconvenience.
It seems like they should have allowed you to use the coupons. I don’t know how many Targets are near you but I would have just attempted to use at another location. I wonder if it is coded somehow to only allow one in a transaction even though it has that ” 4 like” wording on coupon because that is what they said to me last year at CVS because the manager had to do something to push it through. I am thinking I am going to simply use mine at CVS one at a time when they have an ECB deal because it will track.

You know, just something I’ve observed in the couple years of being on h2s. I know everyone on here is from all over the country. Everyone seems to have different experiences with different deals at different stores. I know people have posted that they’ve even had different experiences at the same exact stores but with different managers and cashiers. Seems like sometimes it’s just the luck of the draw on who’s working that day. I’ve learned to score awesome deals at Target by using cartwheel, online coupons, text coupons, gc deals. I’ve never really had bad luck here in MN at many different stores. Personally if I were to get a store that won’t let me do a mq gc deal or something I’ve planned out, I’d just go to another store because I’ve seen the inconsistency that happens from other people’s experiences on here. I always figured because they are a large corporation that their policies should be the same at every location, but after reading hundreds of posts on h2s I can see that’s not the case.

I think it might be new but not sure but I read the $5 gift card back items on target.com before I went and it says you can’t use coupons and get the gift cards so it’s a total gotcha now but still there are good deals to be had 🙂

I used my free 12pk sods coupons also, I had a register girl I don’t always go too, she must be new, but they scanned and she went on with the transaction, no problem what so ever! Hope you try again!

  10. Victoria

I printed out dollar off coupons too, and there are rebates on Ibotta and Savingstar for Charmin this week

    • ohiogirl

Where did you find the $1 coupons? TIA

      • K

        They were on coupons.com.
