Don’t bother ordering, they will just CANCEL and not email you! They’ve cancelled 3 of my orders and they have terrible reviews. Just my opinion honest!

Me too. I only knew some items were cancelled when I went to check shipment tracking.
3 orders cancelled for me, also. All within the past month. And no emails. I had to call them to see what was up. Pretty frustrating.

Yes ! I won’t order no more prefer to go to the store from now on any other store ! They charge my account before they even shipped and got a email today ! My order had been cancelled and they said my account won’t be charge but, I order 4 pairs of boots and they charged me $34 and email said charge 17 plus but I won’t get charged !! Send them a email I want my total refund that’s 34 plus not $ 17 won’t order any more from anybody rather shop in store !!!
I also ordered one pair of boots that Collin posted too and my order also got cancelled.

I got my order this morning for a cute pair of clogs, bootie slippers, and 2 sweaters. I think it came to $52. Went through ebates. Also got free shipping. Havent opened the package yet but Never had any problems with AE. Luv their things! Keep posting these bargains from there! This 63 yr old Gma thanks you❤❤

Cancelled my entire boot order of 2 boots this morning… cancelled half my jean order yesterday, 3 pairs cancelled due to inventory blah blah
I also had 2 different orders cancelled. They didnt even email either to let me know. No more buying from American Eagle.

I only ordered one pair and I only found out because I logged in my account for another reason. No email or other notification.
Is it the sizes? Maybe everyone is ordering the same size at the same time. I had a bad experience with in store ordering. They didn’t have the size in store but told me we can ship it for free but then it was cancelled and since I paid in store they wouldn’t refund me and kept telling me to call different numbers. I finally went back to the store talked to a manager with the receipt and bank statement and she gave me a refund. A lot of stress for $20.

I’ve never had anything cancelled until my last order. I received an email in regards to it also. But I’ve ordered from them many times and never had an issue.

I also placed an order the last time Collin had the clearance deal posted. A pair of jeans and a pair of shoes. I’ve had no issues with it. In fact, they sent an email yesterday that the items had shipped. Maybe it’s just certain items that they are cancelling?
I had mens jeans ordered on Jan. 2nd that were canceled from a previous H2S post but I called customer service and they honored the price and assisted in finding me another style…. Might contact them!
I placed two large orders during this sale and i get an email everytime they ship an item. I had 5 items cancelled due to inventory out of 24 so not to bad. They also sent an email stating i was getting a $10 elove card. I guess since i had items cancelled. I was thinking about calling and trying to switch my sizes, but I am happy getting any of the jeans for $10. Thanks for posting the sale!

I did two orders after Collin’s post about the boots and everything has shipped aside from the boots which were canceled. The odd thing is that the two orders have been now split up into 4 or 5 different shipments. I got amazing deals (when combined with a $20 off $75 coupon that I had gotten in store at Christmas time). Not really sure how they make and money on what I bought after 4 or 5 separate shipments, but I guess that’s not my problem.

I ordered 7 pair of jeans during the clearance sale for 75 bucks. And received 3 of them today, the others said they were shipped and on there way. Sounds like i was one of the lucky ones that the order didnt get cancelled. I placed mine sunday around noon.

I also did the order for sweaters and jeans a few days ago and….I got the wrong stuff! This is the second time this has happened from them I won’t be ordering anymore. They said to send back and I would be refunded, I prefer my order, the sweaters are sold out!
