Try going to your account and checking your order history. Mine did the same thing but when I checked, it had gone through. Just got the email confirming it 🙂

SAme here. I filled it then got a pop up with the letter B then did a refresh and lost all my samples. Then did autofill and now its just sitting there.
Same here.I had to use two different computers and try two different OS finally worked on Chrome. Plus I had a message that I needed to complete my profile which is completed I did it last night.I always check the night before Even in the profile section it says completed. In the end I received NIZORAL,SUNDOWN NATURALS® CO Q10 GUMMY Vits, TAMPONS, BEYOND® GRAIN FREE WHITE MEAT CHICKEN EGG RECIPE DRY DOG FOOD, MUSE® NATURAL CAT FOOD and the Truvia. All in All It’s good I couldn’t sleep anyway. Free is Free. I could have done without that headache of the process since I have a concussion. Wish they could work out the kinks it’s not like they are a new company anymore.

Got Nizoral® A-D shampoo for me this month. I love to try new thing before I buy. My teen has hit the age which needs extra help, so this would be nice for him too!!
I got Gerber formula and Walgreens tampons. I was offered dog food too, but didn’t get it because we don’t have a dog.
Added everything (4 things and trivia add automatically), selected the flavor of cat food, size of tampons, etc and it only checked out with shampoo. Dumb. Disappointing.
If you keep getting the “B” error – take the Zzzquil out of your box and checkout.
I took out the zquil and was able to get the other two samples (I lost out on the other good samples because of the lag time). Thanks for the tip
I still haven’t gotten my last box. Said it shipped 12/31…… are people still getting these in the mail?
I had the zzzquil in there earlier…now it is not offered. It’s still giving an error message without it.

Hi Margie, I haven’t gotten my box that also shipped on 12/31. I contacted pinch me about a previous box and they said it takes any where from 2-4 weeks after your box has shipped to receive it. (The boxes that I ordered in November got here in January for me)

These take forever to arrive after its marked “shipped”. About a month. I have a feeling they’re not actually shipped when it says. I just got one last week that marked shipped on Dec 8.
I keep getting the “B” error and I don’t have Zzzquil as an option 🙁
After 18 minutes of failed attempts, I took out the tampons and it finally went through. Weird because the gummy vitamins and dandruff stampoo orders went through in the first attempt but then it kept throwing everything else out out of my box. How frustrating.

I received a box last week that was ordered Nov 18 and marked shipped December 8. They take quite awhile.

I wish I had been offered the sippy cup lid. I have 4 kids. It would have gotten lots of use here. I got 3 offers for cat food, one lotion and zzz quil. I picked out the cat food.

I got Fancy Feast, Muse and CQ10. For those having issues with getting your order to go through: It took a couple of minutes as it had counted the CQ10 by itself…didn’t know until they emailed me. I kept trying to put three samples in my box which apparently threw an error. When I added two (after getting the email about the CQ10), and checked out, it worked.

Ugh, all I ever get anymore is cat food! I have a 1 year old, but I never get offered the baby/toddler samples. Would have loved to try the sippy lid!
I have a little one too and missed this sippy cup lid but did get diapers twice. Probably won’t fit by the time they actually arrive haha should have factored in the 2 month gap.
All I get is cat food too! I love my cat and appreciate that there are more samples available for cats now but we already have so many food samples for her! (Good for travel or a fun treat to change up her diet a bit) A little variety would be nice, is all. 🙁
