   I’ve bought from them on line several times before, same email address, same password, now they claim I don’t have an account with them, and no free shipping, their customer service dept. isn’t open today, Sunday, to call them, why then put their ad in on Sunday, when they can’t be reached? I’ve tries several times with the same bad results.
