How does everyone like these dishwasher tablets? I have tried them and they leave a white residue on all my dishes. Anyone else? Or anyone know what setting to avoid having the white residue on them? TIA!
I use them. No problem.
You can always run a cleaning cycle on your dishwasher using vinegar . i noticed mine was doing the whole white residue no matter what i used and looked in the manual , it recommends you run it empty with 1/4 cup of vinegar in it to clean it every three months and if your dish washer has the little trap area for large food particles and you can get to it remember to clean it out as well, it doesn’t do the white residue but will help keep your dishwasher from smelling later on. But if you still have it read your manual as a friend said her appliance guy said no vinegar as it would eat the rubber seal so please check beforehand if you can.
Do you just pour the vinegar in the bottom of your dishwasher? I have ever herd of that. Thanks!
I don’t like them either. The clean horribly in my machine. I exclusively use Cascade ActionPacs and vinegar in my rinse aid compartment.
I haven’t experienced the white residue with the Finish, but have when used Cascade.
I purchased the Finish at Target today and some of the bags have $.50 coupons attached to use another time.
There was a $2 q in last weeks insert.
