Ok so when you do this this only applies to item B118 so put that in the search menu when the banner sceen pops up then it will apply at checkout only certain ones work

Ok, I had problems also. It was for only a certain type of banner. I made one with a background but got it. This is what you need to do if you can not get it to work.
Put what you want in your cart, Including the banner. To to checkout, put in your shipping information. Under the payment do the one that says Quote click that, then pop up comes up, then on right side says summit quote. Next page comes a quote number. Call the number and they will adjust the price. I ordered the wrong banner, but they still gave it to me for 5.99.
Worked for me, thank you!! If you don’t see the pop up the first time try a different browser (which is what I did). Also it won’t show the final price of the banner until you are in the checkout process so keep going 🙂

I couldn’t get the price to drop for me on website (On a mobile device). Yes, I added the ribbon first. My pop-up after adding it was for $10 off/$59 order. Went thru adding the banner after I Xed out of the pop up & my price never dropped (it was the right one). Was too chicken to hit submit. They had all my info (add/email/cc#) so didn’t want to get charged full price 😕

Couldn’t get it to work, and I went ALL THE WAY to the end, so I paid $14.99 each for 2 banners, I am not happy! I triple checked all the steps and know I did it right… Oh well I guess my kids are getting new birthday banners that I wasn’t planning on buying for full price.
I did just email the company asking for a price adjustment or cancel my order, we’ll see what they say.

I got a reply from the email, they said it only applies to one banner so they refunded me $9 for one of my banners, but its better than nothing!
