I’ve ordered from them before. The quality of the print is great, no complaint there. The only thing I have to say is the wrap is very thin and the canvas is very light, not as thick as its competitor products are. Maybe it’s the frame material they use, I am not sure. Also, I ordered one with a stand but they mailed me a regular one. Their service rep was super nice each time helping me to fix the problem, but somehow it took them three time to mail me the correct product.
I ordered 2 from them when I seen a deal on here. They came out great. I did use a dslr camera thought when I took my pics.

My reason for contacting them BTW was because of a mistake I made when cropping my photo – it wasn’t anything that they did wrong. Ummm, big NO from me. Their orders take over a month to arrive and when I called them to ask about it, they said that was standard with their “free delivery” option. I followed the tracking and almost 30 days after my order, they STILL hadn’t even PRINTED it. Ridiculous. And the Customer Service department was not very friendly about my concerns. Once the product FINALLY arrived, it was no better than you can get at Walgreens.
