Anybody ever have issues cooking these pizzas? I can never quite get the crust to cook correctly! It’s either doughy in the middle or too crispy on the outside…
I have had that problem. I cook it at 400 instead of 425. It usually takes 15-18 minutes. Also I find the thin crust cooks better than the regular or pan crust.
We do half the time with just the pizza on the rack after its firm. Fixes the doughy center problem!
