Does anyone know more about audible? I am wondering if you have to have a monthly account in order to buy books? I am currently using audible using a 30 day trial and I am wondering when the 30 days is up will I still have access to my books and for future purchases do I have to have a monthly paid account? The Gold is what I have a trial on and it gives me 1 credit each month and it will cost $14.95 I really like audible but I am not swure I can swing that much each month. I am using it for my son who has vision issues and he reads along and we have been borrowing the bookfrom the library . This is really working out I am just not sure what will happen when the 30 days is up.
Hey Melissa- You want to go to your Audible account page and DOWNLOAD all the books you’ve bought through Audible. Once you’re done that, you’re good. I have books that I listen to with iTunes that I got from Audible free trial a year or more ago.

When you use your credits on Audible or make a purchase you are buying the audiobook. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the books you have purchases. Hope that helps 🙂
Yes you csn still buy books but no longer st the disc rate. Like they said use all ur creduts before you cancel.
Just make sure to use up your credits before you cancel, if not you lose them when you cancel your membership
And just so you know, once you have an Audible account (as you do now with your free trial), even after the free trial ends, you can still take advantage of offers like this (or free offers) and add the books to your Audible library and listen to them without continuing to pay any monthly fee.

Thank you so much for this tip! When I checked out the website, I found that there are audiobooks offered in other languages. My husband will be thrilled to find out they have about 100 books in Italian for him.
