      You can cancel your ongoing subscription at any time by calling us toll-free at 1-877-421-9062, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. You can also contact the customer service team by email. Prepaid 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions cannot be refunded.

    Thanks for the tip, Collin! Just a heads up though, to watch your bank statement carefully. I just tried signing up (three times!) using different prepaid or spare debit cards, each chosen because it has a balance slightly less than $19 in case they try to bill me for the free trial, because I don’t trust trials more than I have to. And sure enough, each time they site told me my transaction was declined, Which means they tried to charge me the full $19 all three times, even though the checkout said I owed $0. No thanks. Beware! Hope others have a different experience. I’d share my code because I won’t be trying again, but it’s already attached to my account.

      I used a card that only had a $6 balance and it took it just fine. I also called today and canceled my subscription and had no issue at all. The lady was very pleasant and canceled right away without any question or hassle.
