   Won’t let me get one. It says my email already exists on the system. I’ve received a fancy feast sample before but not this particular product. And I am on their email list already. Not sure why I can’t get this… 🙁

  Same here. 🙁 I might have ordered a free sample from them maybe a year ago. Or longer, and for a different product, so why won’t it let me order a sample for a new product? Bummer.

  I got the same message so I looked in my records as this had never happened before. I saw I ordered a Fancy Feast “Alaskan Salmon & Chicken” sample 4 wks ago – this could be the reason as it was very recent. I just used a different e-addy & worked like a charm. Wouldn’t hurt to try.
