Check out the email I received from a reader –

In a typical week, I use my cellphone 10x more than my desktop. I love that Target has mobile coupons as it is so easy to screen shot the barcode and show them my phone at the register. Do you or your readers have a list of other stores or companies that offer mobile coupons? I want to be able to make sure I am taking advantage of all there is out there. I would love to see more companies offering grocery coupons through mobile. I don’t always remember to sit down and print out the random coupons here and there that are shared.

What mobile coupons do you use? Please share!

(Thanks, Kalynn!)

    • Maria

Do you get cash back with this app?

      • chrissy

  5. Elen

I use mobile coupons for Target, AC Moore, Michaels and JC Penney. Great post would love to know what other stores accept mobile coupons, as I dont currently have a printer :(, and I loose out on the great coupons on Targets website ๐Ÿ™

  6. Roy

Several stores have digital coupons. You can link them with your store card. However, most are manufacture coupons that can’t be combined with clipped or printed coupons. Target is the only store I know of that has mobile coupons that can be used in conjunction with manufacture coupons.

    • Junip

Stop and shop clip-to-card coupons have been working on top of manufacturer coupons for me, even when the coupons look identical. The card coupon shows up as “personal discount” on the receipt.

  7. Amy

    Meijer mperks. Love it!

  8. Nichole

I use the app snip snap when I forget to clip a coupon.
I used a coupon the other day for staples off snip snap. In the past never had a issue.
Used Joanns, Michaels, restaurants, party city…….

  9. Sally's

  17. Renae

Target is the only mobile coupons I receive. However I also have the retailmenot app on my phone so that when I’m shopping I can do a quick search to see if there are any coupons available to use. This helps me to get coupons for places like Herbergers (which also has an app with coupons on it different from those in their normal ads), JCPenney, Kohls, etc.

  18. Vivian

    Target and kohls!!

  22. Pandabear

  23. Allison

I like to use CVS App which has a lot of App only store coupons which can be sent to your card on top of the others which all can be combined with MQs. I also like Ralphs digital coupons which is an affiliate of Kroger. Most of them are MQs, but a lot of them are also for Kroger or Ralphs store brand products. Plus, its very convenient to send digital coupons to my card, instead of remembering to clip them and then, I have often forgot to use them, even when I brought them. I would use Walgreens digital coupons more, but they often don’t go through; its a glitch they still need to fix, so its not worth the trouble, I prefer to use their paper coupon book which all combine with MQs. I’ve never had a problem using their paper coupons, but when I try to download a digital coupon to the card, and it doesn’t work, sometimes I try the same coupon from the book and it still doesn’t work. Not worth the trouble, until they fix their system.

  24. Kay

Kroger is the best for me. I’m lucky if i get to use a printable at CVS or WG so i am afraid to attempt their digital coupons.

  25. NolaGirl

Retailers’ in app coupons: Winn-Dixie, Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS’s ExtraCare Deals
Rebate apps: Ibotta, SavingStar, Checkout 51 (frequently); Snap, MobiSave, Shrink (rarely)
    Occasionally: Macy’s, Michaelโ€™s
Others apps: WalMart’s Savings Catcher, Favado, Find & Save

  26. Wendy Harter

My other one is Bed, Bath and Beyond.

  27. mlark

    Meijer mperks, Kroger, Target

  28. zigge

CVS and Walgreens sometimes I use Walmart

  29. Tanya

I use target the most frequently with mobile coupons…but i probably use more coupons at BJ’s wholesaler as i can use both bjs and manufacturer coupons too….huge saves on formula and diapers!!

  30. mel

I get text alerts from JCPenney, Sears/Kmart SYW offers, Express and they usually have a link for coupon offers. For apps, I have Target/Cartwheel, Find&Save, Shopkick, SavingStar, Checkout51, MobiSave, Shrink, WM Savings Catcher and Receipt Hog. Oh, Starbucks app and I have it set to receive instant notifications. since I’ve turned it on, every wk they’ve been sending me different offers. This wk, I get double stars each time I order through the app for pickup.

  31. Lynn

Target, Publix, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid

  32. Beth Billups

Kroger has very good digital coupons! I check it every couple of days to see if any new ones pop up. I love that they have coupons for organic foods as well. I also use Publix, CVS, Hobby Lobby, Walgreen’s, Earth Fare, and Target. Every time I come home from shopping I spend a few minutes checking all of the coupon apps like Ibotta, Checkout 51, Shrink, MobiSave, etc. I’ve gotten quite a few Amazon and Paypal dollars from them!

  33. Kelly

    Stop n shop

  34. Nichole

    Meijer Mperks

  35. rt

    Military commissary

  36. Laura

ShopRite, which I love because it can be combined with manufacturer coupons.

    • Tara

Yes shop rite is the best, they give you the mobile manufacturer coupon plus you can use a paper one and they double those. I moved to Florida and the stores here don’t double and if you use a paper coupon the digital doesn’t work. And I use target mobile coupons. ๐Ÿ˜„

  37. savingstacy

I use Dollar General, Foodlion, Rite Aid, SavingStar and Walmart Savings Catcher.

  38. Vkramis

Walgreens, target cartwheel, and smiths (most places it’s Kroger.) these are always kept up on my phone. I check them at least twice a day, then before going shopping. And of coarse hip2save! I love this app the most!

  39. Kidsallgone

I have to update my phone in order to get the CVS app. I’ve heard bad stories about how some phones get messed up after updating so I choose not to, which in effect has me losing a lot of money ๐Ÿ™ When it’s time to buy a new phone, it will come already updated so I will add all the apps then ๐Ÿ™‚

  40. Rhonda

Jewel Osco MyMixx it’s just like Meijers Mperks, clip coupons to your phone number.

  41. danielle

I live in washington so i use kmart, sears, wallgreens, rite aid, safeway. But we have fred myers that triple coupons but they change there rules alot

  42. Jessi

I wish that we could use digital barcodes on the phone instead of printing coupons
It’s more sustainable also… Hope the push starts that way with manufacturers

    • Dany

That is why I love Dollar General. You can add manufacturer coupons to the app and I don’t have to waste ink! Just punch in my phone number at the register.

  43. LauraL

Totally worth it to sign up for shopyourway (Kmart and Sears) text and emails. . I must have received a few hundred dollars in free stuff. Also, check your shopyourway coupons before heading to Kmart or Sears – they always have an electronic dollar off your total purchase

For groceries, mperks is the best (be sure to sign up for rewards) and target comes in second.

  44. Kalynn

Hey this is me! Haha! Thank you SO much, Collin, the H2S team and readers!!

  45. JC

Whole Foods has a good free coupon app we use often.
We also pay annually for the Chinook Book app which is very useful in our area for a variety of coupons (it’s like the Entertainment book but via mobile and focused on sustainable stores, restaurants, etc.)

  46. Julia

Usually JoAnn’s coupons but I use any digital coupons if I have:) I love digital coupons, my phone always with me so if it happens to go somewhere I have discount with me ๐Ÿ™‚

  47. Anna

IF you do cartwheel and target mobile coupons on an iphone you can add them to your “wallet” (formerly passbook) to easily access them.
