    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Aww thanks! 😀

      I second that!

  2. Delia

    Zappidy is out of business.

    • Roy

      yup… Zap is dead!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Well darn…thanks for letting me know. I just updated the post!

    • laura

Yep like 5 months or so ago?

      • kw

Yes….Zappidy sent me an email the 1st wk of January saying it was closing the next day.

    • Krissy

      My favorite too!

  3. K

I love Mobisave. They don’t have a ton of offers but the $ goes into PayPal right away (within minutes). No waiting to reach a threshold.

  4. Crystal

I love Find & Save! Super easy and adds up quick! Please use my code CMJF when you first open the app. https://fns.co/ZYcc/UMYWcOPiks

    • Mary

I used your code Crystal 🙂 thanks!

      • Crystal

        Thanks Mary!!

  5. Deb

I gave up on Checkout 51 once I reached $20 and cashed out. Very few items that my family used and even the “choose your own offer” area only gave you back $.25 for one item a week. I had high hopes for that app, too.

    • Susan

I haven’t given up yet but I have thought about it for the same reason. Today I only qualified for the 25 cent produce item and decided it wasn’t worth uploading my receipt because it was very long and I have trouble half way through with the pictures going out of focus and it takes multiple tries to get a clear pic. At least I now know I’m not the only one who feels this way. Thanks for your comment.

    • Amanda

Yeah I agree, seems like every week all I was putting in for was bananas. Now they took away that under the pick your own offer. 😔

    • SAM

I agree. All I ever do is upload my receipts for the $500 giveaway. Lol

    • SJ

Gave up on Checkout 51 last summer for much the same reason. Problematic for little $.

      • Gillian

Checkout 51 now has many more offers. You may want to try it again. I find that with the new offers I am earning much faster now.

    • Carla

I’ve been using Checkout 51 for a long time and there are SO many high value offers. I love it. I find making $ on that app adds up quickly

    • Sara

I thought I was the only one who thinks checkout 51 is a bust! When I got to $20 I told my husband I had never worked so long and so hard for $20!

    • Nicole

it took me a year to cash out $20 but I figured it’s just free money so why not?

    • llc

me too. It took my almost a year to get to $20. I cashed out and deleted the app. I found it was a huge battery drain and I was barely ever using it. Check your apps battery usuage and youll see which ones are battery hogs regardless of use.

    • Gina

I uninstalled check out long time so useless and ibotta to complicated But I LOVE Saving star sace so far $100 $)

  6. Sara

The Walmart Savings Catcher is one I like. Just scan your receipt; if it finds a lower price you get the difference back.

    • Pamela

I also love Walmart Savings Catcher. Almost every receipt that I scan I receive money back on. Very simple to do. You can also go on-line to savingscatcher.com on your computer, create an account and type in the transaction number and date on the receipt. It takes about 2 to 3 days to hear if they found any savings for you. With price matching, printable and newspaper coupons, Ibotta and other savings apps coupled with savings catcher you can save a lot of money.

      • MrsFelix1004

I love Walmart too! I got $89.23 back from June to December last year! It is so easy to use.

    • llc

Im signing up now…never knew about this. Thanks for the heads up.

  7. Josh

    • Roy

      Find and Save rocks!!

  8. Diana

I love shopkick. So simple and easy. Just walk in specific stores for points and/or scan products with your phone. I cash in my kicks for gift cards.
    https://get.shopkick.com/nickel46744

    • Carla

For me, shop kick is kind of a pain in the butt bc you have to remember to take out your phone and open the app as you walk in. So annoying. I don’t always have time for that.

  9. Kellyfornia

I like Find & Save. A varieties of different offers.

Please use my code QJKS when you first open the app. https://fns.co/ZYcc/NdusHSCols

  13. dary

I tried to download zapiddy but there’s nothing

  14. Roy

AND if you don’t mind taking pictures of you receipts, there are three more app that I know of. RecieptPal, Receipt Hog, and Yaarlo.

    • Sarah C

Punch card works like receipt hog. For mPoints. mPoints plus is another great one

  15. Kim

I don’t see Dollar General on Ibotta anymore 🙁 ????

    • Shel

Kim: I just checked mine, and Dollar General is still there. You may need to scroll down (mine was further down on the list than usual), or use the “search” bar at the top of the screen and type in the store name. Hope that helps 🙂

      • Kim

Oh good. maybe I’ll update app. My phone has been so buggy lately. Ty!

  16. Grace

    • Sue

Can someone explain how to use find and save please?

      • iKelly

Hi Sue. I use Find&Save quite a bit. Some examples of offers are…Spend $25 at Children’s Place and get a $1. or Spend $8 at Target including Dove Soap and get 50c. or At any store spend $25 including a loaf of bread and get 50c. Other stores with offers are Costco, JCP, Best Buy, Dollar General, Walmart, CVS, Whole Foods. The list goes on. All you have to do is download the app and take a photo of your receipt. Once you hit $25 (I think) it gets deposited into PayPal.
Here’s a referral code if you want to check it out. Code QJKS when you first open the app. https://fns.co/ZYcc/NdusHSCols

  19. Chels

Yaarlo is another cash back app! You scan your receipts and it gives you a percentage of money back based on the category it falls under. It may take awhile to cash out ($20) but it’s free money for things your buying anyways! Please use my referral code CHELSEES901 if your looking to signup!

    • Michelle

Chels, I used your code for yaarlo. By the way the 901 number in your code doesn’t stand for Memphis area code by any chance does it?😳😊

      • Ruby

Michelle what’s your code so I can use it to sign up for yaarlo, if you don’t mind.

  20. Lauren

I was able to get to $25 pretty quick with “Find and Save”. Lots of merchants to choose from. Please feel free to use my referral. Thanks! https://fns.co/ZYcc/dDOXI3otjs C896

            • Lily

My referral code is WXS2, it took a while to show up and I wasn’t sure where to find it. I would appreciate it if someone would use it. Thank you all!

  21. Guest

    I use Ebates and Hip2Save!

  22. Stefanie

If anyone wants to sign up for Ibotta here’s my referral link, you’ll get $10 after you upload your first receipt. https://ibotta.com/r/ufoxscu

  23. Kelly

Completely off topic, but Collin – did you get a haircut? Super cute!!!

  24. Kelly

Love Shopmium and MobiSave as they go straight into your bank account. Savings star is probably now my favorite followed by Ibotta. Snap by Groupon was nice at first then I found myself buying something that I did not need just to finally close out and cancel account. Find & Save is nice too. Can add up quickly when they have some good cash dashes going on.

    • Steph

      Sarah, I used your code!

I’m so glad Colin posted this article, I’ve never heard of Find&Save before!!!

      Please use my code WXND

      https://fns.co/ZYcc/kNzA3kJCIs

  25. Christy

One thing I love about the Target cartwheel is that it shows your total savings accumulated since you started. I have saved over $1100 in a year!!!! That makes me want to take the time to use it since I can stack it with Target store coupons, manufacturer coupons, Target gift card offers, sale items and other apps like Saving Star or Shopkick!

  26. Allison

Hip2Save is by far the BEST app and website ever! I sincerely appreciate you Collin and all you and your team do! I don’t ever buy anything until I check for a deal on Hip2Save first!:)

  27. Swats

Check out Ibotta to get cash back! Use my referral code, hmnchbu, and you can earn an extra $10. Sign up at https://ibotta.com/r/hmnchbu

Make sure to take your time and explore Shrink. They give you points for sharing stuff on social media. It’s easy to do and they add up fast. I was able to redeem my points for 4 offers for free products. That means I purchase the products and the app will give me the full amount back.

  37. Ruby

Hip2save is and will always be my favorite app. I’m so thankful for all the things Collin and her team do for all of us. My second choice would have to be ebates. I’ve earned over$300 dollars thur ebates since I do most of my shopping online. Below is my Referal link if anyone would like to use it I would really appreciate it.

      • Ruby

        Thank you so much Andrea.

  38. Gladys

Another great app is Checkpoints. You get points rapidly by scanning items at different stores and watching videos. In turn, the points are redeemed for gift cards. If possible, please use my referral code: Gladysgar. Thanks.

  39. Mary

Just joined Shopmium few weeks ago with someone’s code. So easy. Not a lot of offers in my area but pays really quick, so any money is worth it if gonna buy anyay.
