I was hoping to use the $10 off coupon on a pair of Asics running shoes but can’t get the promo code to apply. Doesn’t say it excludes Asics in the fine print…just Nikes. Any ideas??

I tried using it on a pair of Reeboks and it didn’t work even though Rebook isn’t listed in the exclusions. I ended up getting a pair of Sketchers because it worked on them. I think it’s hit and miss.

Bought 2 handbags and a wallet for my Mother’s Day gift. After using the same ugly purse for 5 years during leaner years, I’m excited to have a couple new cute ones! Part of me feels so selfish and wasteful spending $75 on myself for technically unnecessary items, because even ONE handbag would have been fine. 😕

Any extra percentage off on clearance items instore ?
Does anyone know what the return policy is on shoes? I bought a pair of new balance not much more than month ago…they were $75 shoes the sole is coming apart there is a tear in the side of the shoe and two holes in inner part of shoe. Not happy
Kohl’s has the best return policy. They will help you out. Try to find what you paid so you get that amount back.
Just return them at the store and show them. You can even exchange them, or even exchange for another item for their retail price. Or they can look up what you paid for them on your Kohls charge or other credit cards and credit that amount back to you. Unfortunately many take advantage of this when it obvious it has been months of wear.
As Jenn and Dawn said, just take it back!! If you have the original receipt, box, or tags that would be great. But, if not, the cashier will do their best to find a replacement or just refund you.
Kohl’s has the best return policy, imo. I wore a black purse for 2 months and the hardware started coming undone. Luckily, I saved my receipts and tags (stapled it together and filed it away). I took it back with no problems.
