I purchased a gift card and haven’t received a confirmation email or the first card. Anyone else having trouble with this? Is the bonus still active?

I puchase a gift card twice to two different emails and never received the bonus on either one. What am I doing wrong?

It’s all included on the same gift card. You buy a $10 gift card and they send a $20 gift card. You could send it to yourself and load to your Starbucks reward to use it to buy two separate gift cards in store. Hope that helps!

I used Visa Checkout for one gift ecard, but it did not redirect me to another site and my receipt for the ecard does not reflect the $10 bonus. I wonder if calling customer service would help?

It might be in the junk mail or the Promotion tab/folder in gmail.
Actually I never got a confirmation email myself but I just checked with the recipient who did get her gift card for 20. Strange on my end, but at least it still worked out! 😊
