Don’t use this website. They won’t payout. They will find whatever reason not to pay you! Took me 5 months to request payout and they still don’t payout.
Never had a single problem with topcashback. Been using them for years! Never even had to send an email to request my cash back either.
I still haven’t got my money for the star wars movie deal. I sent them an email about it but the reply they sent was not helpful at all 🙁

I followed directions, signed up as a new member and today it says only getting .63 back? I submitted a claim but they said they can’t do anything for 30 days.. anyone else having this problem? I’ll feel like a jerk if all my friends I sent this to don’t get their correct payouts

from the way it was listed i thought new members or current members of site could get the full cash back it doesnt say that in descrition so i thought since i was already a member i could get full cash back . im debating about returning item because of this. it says new members can get full money back on item but it doesnt say anything about current members i think they should have said that full rebate on item is only for new members and not current ones then i wouldnt have done this deal
I became a new member (through this deal). My account kept showing $0.63 too. I clicked on “Customer Care” and selected a “missing claim” for the “special offer” yesterday. I got an “alert” while making the claim that said this claim will be put “on ice” until May 21st but will be handled after that date. Fine, I thought. I also got an email that showed it was being examined. Then today my account shows the full $17.70 pending. Not sure if filing my claim helped or if my cashback was going to update anyway today. But I’m posting in case it helps.
i got email from top cash back and they said since i already signed up and am a member that im not eligble for the full 17.70 i wish that it would have stated that above that this rebate was only for new members that sign up on web site and it shoulld say that current members arent eligble for this so i guess i’ll take item back to walmart and ask for refund.
