i posted a response but looks like it may be email specific as part of the terms says “Offer is intended only for the recipient of this email” but if you have issues and received the email, give them a call. they are pretty helpful 😉

For additional terms of the 30% code, it says $15 min purchase for new customers only as listed in the post. However, it does say the following as well, “Offer expires Friday, May 27th at 11:59pm Pacific. Offer is intended only for the recipient of this email and may be redeemed once per user.” So, maybe sign up through one of the referral links and see if hollar continues to send out the email. What a great offer. Even if one decides not to purchase now, I suggest still signing up through a referral link to get $2 credit which automatically appears on the account and maybe they’ll throw in more offers like the 30% new customer purchase in the near future. BTW, their telephone customer service is helpful in case anyone who received the email has any troubles.
Last time I ordered from Hollar it was super disappointing. I got an email saying everything shipped, then a couple weeks later got an email saying I was being refunded, because not everything shipped. I was pretty mad about it and haven’t ordered since. Why buy things if they’re just going to be out of stock?

Same! No warning or anything. They didn’t tell me they had refunded though. After emailing, they said they would give store credit. I said no, I want a payment refund which they finally did. But I was disappointed my stuff never came AND IS STILL FOR SALE ON THE WEBSITE!
