Last month I subscribed to the pampers swaddlers size 4 for $23.95 for delivery June 13. I’m a regular subscribe and save user. When they shipped yesterday I was charged the current price of $38. I’ve spoken with 4 different people at Amazon and they will not honor the subscribe and save price. They stated that because the current price increased, that’s what I was charged. However I was not charged the current price of any of my other subscribe and save items. Has any one else had this problem recently? I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer for many years.
Wow that is not cool. I’ve not had this problem but every month a get a gift card and use that balance for my S&S. It instantly pays for it from your balance. I find it much easier to manage what I spend that way and I assume since you pay instantly that it won’t go up on you.
I think dansdeals did a post about s&s yesterday, but mainly because people are skipping orders so it cancels and reorders, which I’ve had happen but it was an interesting read.

Did you previously skip a shipment of that item? Then it would essentially treat it as new order & you would not get your previous price or coupon, if applicable. If you didn’t, then I’m not sure why that happened but hope you can get it fixed! You can always refuse package, or write return to sender without opening it, then wait on your refund.
I didn’t skip it. And I subscribed after the 9 day period before shipment so it would go toward this month. Very frustrating. I plan on just returning them. Thank goodness for prime!
Off topic but I have a quick question that I know there is a simple answer for, but I cannot for the life of me think of what it is!!! When a coupon says “no other coupon may be used with this coupon”. I have had clerks tell me that they can only use one of them and cannot use another like coupon even tho they both have different bar codes. Can someone please let me know if they are correct? Thank you!!!!

For everyone discussing the amazon charges- how do you even see what you are billed? I always click through and sign up when it’s a good deal but don’t even remember what I’m supposed to be charged.
You get a confirmation email at the time of sign up. You can log in your account and lool at your order and look at the invoice for that order and see what was actually billed. I just got this month’s order so i will have to go and check.
Click thru to look at order details because price you see at first glance is without discounts or coupons usually.
Do the baby wipes work well to remove makeup?
I think these are the same ones we just finished up, and they shed/fall apart easily. Anything beyond a one-pass wipe & you would have little pieces stuck all over you. My husband said never again lol.
I’ve never tried it but I’m sure they would. These are the thickest wipes I’ve ever come across.
Yes i use my twins wipes to remove my make up and these are the only ones we buy super think and moist
