When I submitted my receipt with 6 participating Mott’s items, I only received one code for a movie ticket (instead of the expected 2). I didn’t contact the company about the mistake, but I would recommend different transactions per ticket wanted/3 Mott’s items just to make it easier!

I did the same thing – and I did contact the company and NEVER heard back from them. Its been weeks! So finally I just took another picture of the receipt and resubmitted it. Got another code in an hour!

Yes, you load the coupon on your Kroger Plus card and have to buy it from Kroger. There is a place to enter gift cads at checkout on Fandango.
Are there specially marked promotional packages that wended to buy, or can we buy any?
I did the last promotion for Finding Dory. I got some “Fining Dory” packaging and some regular packaging and it went right through. As long as you find the correct products you should be fine.
Target has the 6-packs of applesauce on sale this week. I was able to find the specially marked packages and ad match at Walmart.
When does walmart quit price matching?
It started earlier this month at selected Wal-Marts. You’ll have to ask if they honor the price match.

You can check your local theater on Fandango. It pulled up AMC movies for me so probably.

You have to submit the receipt twice, I think, to each of the links in Collin’s post. The two links in Collin’s post lead to two different websites/forms, one being specific to Walmart. That is what I did, but I haven’t heard anything from the non-Walmart submission, yet; I submitted it June 30th.
I bought 5 apple sauces at Walmart and submitted for both offers. I got the child ticket right away. It was over 48 hours and I didn’t get the adult one. I emailed the support and got the adult ticket the next day. Not sure if I would’ve got the 2nd ticket if I didn’t enail them.

I was having trouble uploading the photo of my receipt like a number of people. I tried different browsers and my phone with no luck. I then asked my husband for help. He re-sized my photo and then it submitted!
I emailed the support and they told me to do exactly what you said. I cropped my picture to under 5 mb and it finally worked!
I submitted my receipt on July 8th and I received the email to complete my email verification, once I clicked the link it took me back to the main page where it said It was successfully verified. How long until I get the code for a ticket? I wanted to take my son today and there is still no ticket information for me. I’ve sent 2 emails to their support email address and I’ve had NO feedback. Please help!

I am also having difficulty uploading my picture for submission. My receipt was extra long so I took 2 pictures but I am only able to upload one image. Any suggestions?
What if you cut your receipt in half and put them side by side so both halves fit in one picture.

I submitted my receipt on August 4th and was hoping to take my kids to see the movie this evening. Looks like it isn’t going to happen.
