Michaels has just started a free Rewards Program that will give members exclusive offers, members-only events, receipt-free returns, a birthday coupon, early access to sales and MORE. Also, if you sign up and complete your member profile by July 16th, you can enter to win a $100 Michaels Gift Card with 1,000 lucky winners!
To sign up, just head on over here and sign-in to your Michaels.com account or sign up if you haven’t before. You will then be able to view your rewards card online or you can download the app for iOS or Android to view the card on your phone when you sign into your account.
I sing up for it yesterday….hope it lasts longer than the last one they had!
That was my same thought! By the time I had accumulated enough rewards to have them be of any benefit it was gone!
I love your store and the rewards program. I am there an average of 3-4 times per week, and the staff is always wonderful. And I appreciate your yarn products; they bring great joy to my creative nature!
Yesterday, however, the computer – quite unexpectedly! – gave me a cold shoulder. So I am writing to you for enlightenment. I have felt freedom to return yarn when I take it home and it doesn’t match or my project needs change; I always buy more at any time I have returned some. I appreciate the benefit of receipt-free returns indicated as a prime reward to members. The saleslady apologetically gave me a little typed message that the computer spit out for me, basically saying that my next return might be declined. REALLY? Please explain. I do not desire to shift my yarn shopping elsewhere, but I cannot promise that all my purchases from Michaels will be final. Please advise me.

Please sign me up for the Micheal s rewards program I been having trouble sign up. My phone is 442-889-2107 to send me my coupons, preview sales on announcements
I made a purchase at Michaels yesterday and signed up for MICHAELS REWARDS by giving my email address and my phone number to the clerk and she entered the information but I did not receive an email from you to be able to complete the registration. Perhaps she entered the information incorrectly. Can you please send an email so I can finish the rewards program registration? Thanks
Michaels Rewards are a joke. ACMoore offered rewards on almost every purchase without needing to activate offers. As long as you signed up for their rewards card, you earned $10 in rewards for every 200 points you earned without needing to do anything else.
Michaels Rewards is a huge disappointment. I used to shop weekly at ACMoore, but will now only shop maybe once a month at Michaels for yarn. If they want people to shop there more, especially former ACMoore customers, they need to step up their rewards program to encourage people to shop. It’s simply unfair to many customers who spend $$$ there but don’t get any rewards because they don’t buy the items that the rewards are offered on.
I hope more people complain to Michaels about this so that they might consider changing their rewards to be earned on most purchases without activating offers. It’s just ridiculous. I’ve sent them complaints about this, so I encourage others to do the same.
