Ours only accepts certain ones, which sounds picky but makes sense when you think about it. So many changes in the diet isn’t good for them. Something to look into before purchasing for only that reason
Yes! I was literally just on Hip2save looking for dog/cat food deals because we (4 kids and I) are taking a trip to the shelter so they can learn the importance of spay and neutering our pets. This was brought on because our puppy was spayed and my son is upset she cannot have babies.

Hi Collin – great deal! We just our bags in the mail and the dogs love them! Also my local Petco has been having GREAT clearance deals by the register on winter booties for little dogs! I paid $4.00 instead of $20.00 for a set of snow shoes for my terrier when we go to the snow in the winter! Also, the Star Wars apparel is also on big markdown, including Star Wars Droid bandannas that were $2.00 each! Cheers!

Our shelter takes any food donation. They only feed Verus brand but all of the other brand donations go into the local kibble cupboard to help low income people keep their pets fed (and out of the shelter system).
