I got one of these for Christmas and love it. Tend to only make a few cups over the weekends, but no clogging issues thus far. I only use bottled spring water, so not sure if that may be a factor there. They do make a reusable cup for this model.

I’ve had 2 of the larger Keurigs over the past (close to) 6 yrs. I did find that from time to time the grounds get stuck in the “needle” and you need to take a paper clip and carefully poke into each of the 3 holes to clear it. Also, descaling it every 3-6 months is big!
Mine retained water in the tank so when you brew one, it is ok but when you do the second one you get leftover water and you overflow the kcup and your mug. That excess water causes the kcups to back up and then the coffee grinds go back into the needle. Causing the clogs. Awful flaw in the system. We do a cup, flip it over in the sink and then do second. It helps a bit. I ended up leaving it in car for road trips and hotels with bad coffee machines. It is cute though, lovely purple shade.

WARNING…keep an eye on your accounts. Mine was hacked this weekend and according to post on Kohl’s facebook I am not the only one. Email address changed and order of over $400 placed on my Kohl’s charge card. I have yet to talk to someone in the fraud department because after waiting for over an hour several times I had to hang up. Every time I call I am told the fraud dept is experiencing higher than normal call volumes.
