$5 gift card when you buy $20 worth of BIC products. Add $10 of other school supplies to that and get both gift cards.

      SWEET! Thanks Jeanette!

I have an elementary school child that doesn’t need Post it’s and isn’t allowed mechanical pencils just yet so here is the order I did based on his school supply list. I am posting in hopes that it might help someone else with a younger kiddo:
    1 Up&Up 24 ct pencils $0.99
    1 Sterilite pencil box $0.99
2 Fiskars blunt tip scissors $1.98
1 Sharpie Chisel Tip 3 ct. highlighters $0.99
1 Filler Paper Wide Ruled $0.99
1 Crayola Washable Markers, Class Colors $3.79
    1 Crayola Colored pencils 24 ct. $2.99
    6 Mead Composition Books $4.50
    2 Plastic Portfolio Folders $1.00
    1 Pencil Top Erasers 25 ct $0.99
    1 Elmer’s Washable Glue, Purple 12 ct $3.99
1 Expo Dry Erase Markers, 4 ct $3.49
2 Sharpie Highlighters, Multi colors 3 ct $1.98
    1 Crayola Crayons 24 ct $1.37
$30.04 – went through Ebates for 2% cash back, saved 5% with Red Card and getting $5 gift card back
I could get some of these items, like the crayons and markers, for less at Staples but would have to fight the crowds/traffic/etc. I think once you factor in the $5 gift card and other discounts, it comes out pretty even and I only have to make 1 trip and everything will be waiting for me at customer service. Good deal! Thanks Collin.

Such a great score! Thanks for sharing your scenario! You are SO welcome! 🙂

    • Miabellaraleigh

Was hoping to find a scenario of other options like this… Thanks so much for posting!!

Are these available in store or online only?

  4. Carla

I like to stock up on supplies when they’re a great price, but just wondering if the markers or glue sticks will dry out over 2 years time? If just stored away inside?

    • Jeanette

They should be fine as long as they are not opened. Even if they are opened as long as the top is put back on it should be fine.

    • Lharris

I think glue sticks might dry out – I’ve had it happen to dollar store glue sticks we’ve bought and stored at home. Elmer’s are better quality, but after 1-2 years, I’m not sure…

    • Ashley

I’m not sure if it works but my grandma always tells me if you put glue sticks in the freezer they last forever. Might be worth a try?

  5. Bonnie

I ordered $30 worth last night and when I picked them up today I had a promotional discount of $6.86…but no explanation. And my $5 e-gift was still sent to me! Awesome deal!
