Also, if you look up the coupon, there’s a $7 off $50 non clearance items. I was able to buy 3 pairs of the Levi’s for $52+change and getting back $85 (I had $15 surprise points too). This was perfect timing, my husband just asked me to be on the lookout for jeans. 🙂

I only got $10 I’m points back & was supposed to get $50…anybody else have issues?

I placed an order for 4 jeans and a pair of flip flops on 8-3-16. No coupons or points used. I was supposed to get 75.00 in points. They only credited me 18.00. I called CS and they said I earned all the points I was supposed to. If I liked, I could send them a copy of the conformation email and they would look into it in 24-72 hours. No guarantee.😩
So I just called and was told that the bonus 50,000 bonus points are showing up as earned. However, some promotions take longer than others, which may be why I got 10,000 + the base points right away. I was also told that if after 48 hours I don’t have them, to call back and that they would manually load them to my account!!!! I can’t complain about that customer service!!!
