Look at the reviews on Amazon for this product, it doesn’t get very good ones due to zipper breakage and tearing. They have to be reasonably priced because I have to ship everything I am buying for the new grandbaby. 🙂
These backpacks don’t even look like their typical quilted quality. I have the actual Vera Bradley diaper bag (the one they sell for that purpose) and I have loved it! It has lasted 4 years and I still use it to bring the occasional spare pair of clothes. I purchased mine at the outlet as I wasn’t picky about the pattern. As far as buying 2 diaper bags (one for mom and one for dad), may I be so bold as to suggest just buying one? We tried the two diaper bag thing and things were always getting forgotten in one (ahem, dad’s…). At some point my husband got over carrying a floral bag! I apologize if it is a split household or something else like that.
I have a Vera backpack they I use for a diaper bag… However it is the traditional quilted one… I love it as a diaper bag… I got my for $19 at the Vera outlet sale they have once a year here in ft Wayne Indiana… HTH…
I purchased a KAVU style bag and used it as a diaper bag and all sorts of things. I purchased on in a color my husband and I both liked and that way he didn’t feel weird carrying it. The thing I liked about the KAVU bag is that it wasn’t so bulky and odd to carry. You will find you don’t need to carry a ton of stuff around after the first month or two and even less if your breast feeding. I would suggest if your buying one for mom and one for dad to purchase enough so you don’t have to swap stuff from each bag to go out.
This backpack is very thin and is definitely not meant for anything heavy. It folds up into a small bag for easy storage.

I bought one of the backpacks in the spring and really like it. It was bigger than I expected, have had no probs. I carried it around Disney World for a few days and it was perfect.

Never mind, although the cart says to add codes separately I see that the actual 30% off code is not to be combined with other offers on the same items. It also looks like the 30% off is not just for new customers (have no idea where I saw that) but it’s different discount amounts on different items.

These backpacks aren’t the same as the ones that fold into a pouch. My daughter has the larger version of this. She carried it last year in 7th grade. It still looks brand new. I think they are great quality. The normal quilted VB ones seem to get holes in them faster and show more wear.
I just wanted to update on the Skip Hop Forma diaper bags I ordered. I just received (wow, that was fast) them today and I am amazed at how much space is in them. They will be perfect for both mom and dad. What a deal!
