Save Your Sanity on Busy Mornings
I absolutely hate starting the day feeling rushed, but that seems to be part of back-to-school. Fortunately, less time prepping breakfast means more time for chugging coffee 
, so we’ve pulled our favorite easy slow cooker breakfasts from around the web to help make your mornings a little easier.
When will the back to school deals usually end? Does it vary by state? School started Aug 3 here
Well it doesn’t start until September 6 for us so I hope the deals keep coming!!
We moved to a new school district this year, I got the list for back to school shopping, the list for all grades 4th and under include 5 items or less! My list for my first grader is backpack, tennis shoes and baby wipes! The school says they provide all other supplies! Mind you we pay a little more in property taxes for what is one of the best schools in our state but I almost cried when I saw the lists. All elementary grade lists fit on one page, a dream come true for a mother of 3. I’m going to donate most my stocked up school supplies from last year’s deals save a few for at home work. At school clothes shopping I got to splurge just a little on my kids!

Have you checked out the new Cat and Jack line at Target? I believe there is a sale going on now. Also, JCP has a $10 off $25 purchase. Also, Kohls has a $10 off $40 back to school purchase. Also, a second hand store is a great place to shop. I have found things at my local store that still have the original tags on them.
My ten year old daughter who is just in fifth grade won’t fit into the Cat and Jack, so sad! She is too tall for any kids clothes. No Children’s Place either.

We have good luck at Kohls for middle school and up clothing when on sale. You can also check out resale stores that are specifically for older kids😀
Have you ever tried Plato’s Closet? My daughter is going into 7th grade and loves it there. All names brands, gently used and cheap. Pink, Converse, Aero, Reebok, Charlotte Russe. You can find stuff that sstill has the original tags on it too!

I got a 10 off 30 coupon when I shopped at Office Depot. I went back the next day and got a Swiss Army backpack on sale 50% off for my middle schooler, plus three packs of lined paper and three sharpies for $43 and change out the door:-)
