They have a syrup one too. You have to use the credit to get specific things but I’ll buy more syrup and crest from them so I’m good with it. I passed on the sodas because I checked out the prices and varieties of the ones the credit works for first and wasn’t impressed.
Just a heads up, in case any of you encounter problems. I recently purchased Coke products in a similar promotion. I received prompt email notification of the credit, but I couldn’t see the credit anywhere on my account. Customer service told me it would appear when I set up a purchase of the applicable product. I could never get it to show and in fact made two qualifying purchases without receiving the credit. Customer service knew next to nothing about the promotion and kept leading me in different directions. After spending far too much time trying to obtain the credit, I emailed them and told them to provide me with a link to a qualifying product that would allow the credit. As I suspected would happen, within a few hours, I received a 10.00 credit to use on anything, and I could actually see that credit! 😀 Hope you all fare better with this promotion!
I had the same thing happen. I was supposed to get two $5.99 credit for ordering & not using the 2 Day Free S&H…I can’t find it anywhere! Advice???
Charlene, that sounds like the prime pantry shipping credit. If so, you need to buy via prime pantry.
You will get an email when this credit is ready to use, then you should see the discount on the final checkout screen. I use these all the time, never had a problem.
You won’t see promotional credit in the account, until you go through checkout with a sold and shipped by Amazon product. You should’ve received an email with the link containing the qualifying items.

I had the same thing happen with the cookie sample box. I talked to 3 different people over 3 months. Finally they just gave me a 10.00 credit.
I have 2 credits that I never get a chance to use.. so hard to find the product that is applicable even though I ordered same product that what’s in the box, the credit didn’t show..

Fun! I got the drinks one and the syrups one. That one is a fun deal. It’s $9.99 and you get different flavored syrup samples. Then you can use the credit towards a regular size that’s $11.99
I had that credit too. I will appreciate if someone can tell us how to use that credit. My membership is going to expire towards the end of this month.

I got the pet/dog box and it was fantastic. With the credit, I ended up getting a case of Hill’s Science Dog food for free!

I am not sure that I think that the deal is worth the hassle. It was a pain for me last time I hope that you all fair better.
I usually participate in the sample boxes but every time I have tried to order drinks using Prime Pantry it tells me they can’t deliver them to my area. I wouldn’t like to chance not being able to use the credit.
