Office Depot/OfficeMax Offers a Price Match Guarantee!
According to their policy, they will match the price on a new identical item sold by any retailer who sells products in both retail stores and online under the same brand name including items that are sold and shipped by Amazon. And they will match the competitors’ point-of-sale price after deducting their instant savings/rebates and coupons.
Note that you will need to provide a printed advertisement, printed in-store signage, receipt of item purchased, picture of in-store signage or online offer from mobile device. If you already made your purchase at an Office Depot/OfficeMax, just show the lower price within 14 days of your Office Depot or OfficeMax purchase and they will refund you the difference. Does Office Depot allow teachers to purchase more than the limit?
None of my local ones in FL do.
My local store was allowing triple the limit on Fridays and Saturdays for teachers. Last week when I went in, they said they weren’t doing it anymore. A little frustrating since I had just done it the week before and had paid attention to the rules of waiting until the end of the week (knowing I was risking missing out on some deals that may have sold out). I guess I was lucky to have that deal for as long as I did this back to school season since others weren’t ever given the option. Still a bummer, though, since my students could really use the supplies 🙁
I understand your frustration on this, however, the corporate office has really been getting strict about limits. It is possible they came down on your store for allowing triple the limit. The ad clearly states 3 per household/business and corporate has been instructing stores to adhere to those limits
Will any of these deals be available online? I’m sure the 1 cent ones won’t but was wondering about the others.
Something you need to watch with the price matching, most Office Max/Office Depot stores will NOT price match back to school items that have limits. For instance, if store X has Crayola crayons for 25 cents with a limit of 3, Office Max/Office Depot will likely not price match. Or if they do price match, they will likely only price match up to the limit of 3. It’s best to double check at your local store before you begin shopping.
When I went to Office Depot today I noticed a sign at the gift cards. Save $10 when you spend $50 or more on movie or dining gift cards. They had Chipotle, Subway, Outback, Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, Burger King, Red Lobster as well as others!

My sister is a kindergarden teacher, and highly emphasize crayola brand. She says other brands break easily/ doesn’t sharpen, and is very frustrating for the kids & the teachers.
