Elaine… If Collin were to include all the details for every deal, her posts would be 10 miles long. She stated there were exclusions. The exclusions were easily available for my 63 year old eyeballs to see when I tried to order cat litter. You could always call their customer service if you have questions. But no need to post a negative comment when Collin and team do so much to show us awesome deals every day. JMO
