Last year my Walmart all the school supplies went on major clearance at the end of September. 12 pack of sharpies $2, 25 cent packs of crayola markers, etc… I scored major deals. Hoping they do it again this year! We homeschool so finding good deals is crucial for us
Ya true but this yr they selling stuff for last year clearnce prices only.but I think it will go lower as soon as sep starts
Also target usually goes on clearance before they put out all the Halloween decorations I’ve gotten notebooks for pennies

My Walmart has school supplies on clearance right now! Today I scored some funtainer thermos water bottles for $6! They also have $2 lunch boxes, bunch of cheap construction paper, and lots of locker supplies marked down.

Last year I noticed that they had TONS of good binders and I watched until they put out the Halloween in the seasonal spot where the back to school had been. Sure enough, I found them and loads of other school supplies in the clearance aisle. I replaced my loyal companion but really battered 10 year old coupon binder for a red racy binder with lots of extra pockets and zippers for $7.00. I don’t have to keep Red closed with a big rubber band but I still miss Ol’ Blue. RIP
I have been price matching Staples and Office Depot ads at my Walmart. I got a 10pk. of Crayola broad tip markers, classic colors for .25. Also expo markers (4pk.) for $1. These were from ads from last week and the week before.
Walmart prices where I live are really high in comparison. I have noticed the closer we get to school starting, the prices haven’t been all that great. The best were when the school supplies first came out. Happy Shopping ; )
