I had issues with google, it did not do anything after scratch off and then I switched to internet explorer and it worked like a charm. Won $10 visa gift card. Thank you so much for the post.

Thanks for the tip! I tried Firefox yesterday and Chrome today so I’ll try IE tomorrow and hopefully I’ll be able to at least get the coupon.
