    So cool!!!! 😍

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

      😀

  2. Erin

Do you think you can take to go assuming you have your child with you?

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

Hey Erin! I am not seeing any exclusions for take-out. However, I would call your local Chipotle and ask if they will honor the promo if you choose to order take out before heading out!

  3. Luckymeyay

Just wondering, does it apply to To Go orders or just Dine In?

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

Hey there! I am not seeing any exclusions for take-out. However, I would call your local Chipotle and ask if they will honor the promo if you choose to order take out before heading out! Hope that helps!

  4. Lucy

Omg!!! We love this place! Looks like we will be going there every Sunday for lunch. 😄

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

      LOL! Yum! 😀

  5. Lauren

Do we know if it is multiple kids meals with one adult entree purchase? I looked at the detail, but did not see clarification there. Thanks!

    • Julie

Wondering the same… We have too many kids to keep the ratio equal, lol!

      • Kelly

It is 1 to 1 for free meals. My neighbor is a manager for one of our local stores and i asked. It would be unfair to ask a business to provide 10 free kids meals for one adult meal purchased don’t you think?

        • Heidi

I understand what you are saying but what % of American families have 10 kids? really. most have 2-3. I’m super lucky and blessed. I have and can afford 5. I’ll never understand people that have 1 or none. It would be nice if it said limit 2 per adult meal for all those single parents.

          • couponer

Some people simply don’t want children or a large family. I would rather someone who doesn’t want children not have any than have them and not treat them right.

          • Jennifer

People who have one or none are blessed as well. Remember it could be their choice or difficulty having children. However I do agree that maybe there could be two child’s meals for one normal adult meal. That’s does seem to be a bit more appealing for parents from an promotional perspective. I am excited about their happy hour though.

            • Maria

              Thank you

          • Christy

Heidi, please remember that this is supposed to be a warm and friendly environment. Your words are insulting to many people in this couponing community. There are a whole host of reasons that people have no children or one child. Having five children doesn’t make someone better or worse than those people. Let’s encourage one another instead of being disrespectful.

            • Sheila

Christy, I love you! People like you make the world better.😘

          • Ndbdb

Yeah why not over populate the world with too many children

        • Lauren

Our colonial cafe will do two free kid meals on Monday night per one adult purchase and our chilis does too on the night that they do free kids meals. I think it is reasonable to ask based on the fact that other places have already established a precedent.

        • mary

          Kelly,
While I don’t agree that asking for 10 free kids meals for 1 adult meal is fair, that was a bit ridiculous to say. I don’t believe that was the intent of the question. My husband travels for work and while we only have 2 kids, often times it is me and the 2 kids for dinner, so 2 kids for 1 adult entree would be a nice thing. The majority of families don’t have an equal ratio of kids to adults, or have adults that can both be around at the same time due to work. So yes I was wondering the same thing, can both of my kids eat for free with just me? I wasn’t planning on bringing a football team into eat with me. It was a fair and simple question that did not need the unnecessary comment insinuating that people would just bring a bunch of kids in. As another post said, other restaurants do 2 free kids meals per adult. A simple response of 1:1 would have been enough

Can this be combined with our rewards?

  7. Julie

We love Chipotle–one of the only allergy friendly places we can eat! But I must admit, I’m still scared to eat there after their recent (well not so recent) troubles … Talk me down?! Please!! I want to eat there again 😏

    • Just Me

Been many times since and haven’t gotten sick. Plus the incidents weren’t in my area/ state and I don’t get lettuce on my burrito. I believe lettuce was the culprit.

    • christina

You’re right to be scared. The issue Chipotle had exposed how poorly their supply chain is designed. You never design a supply chain that crosses regions because if an issue like contamination occurs, then the issue spreads, which is why in this case it affected people in numerous states. You need to have a break so that if an issue occurs, it stays isolated to that area and you can mitigate it right away and less customers get impacted. Very poor leadership who are cutting corners. They may have resolved that specific incident but they have not set themselves up to protect their customers should this happen again in the future. I’ll never eat there again because of the risk. Cutting corners with food production is a clear sign to stay away.

      Hi.
Chipotle has done lots of changes to food preparation to prevent anything like that happening again. They are doing what’s calll blanching, meaning every vegetable is passed through hot rolling boiling water for 5 seconds either the day that’s going to be prepared or a shift before. And they also do macerating, before mixing the ingredients they first put the lime juice, cilantro, onions, jalapeños and peppers in a separate container and mix it. Lime juice is strong enough to kill any possible remaining bacteria. Lettuce is passed through victory wash and any remaining lettuce from the day is to be thrown away at closing time. They are constantly checking food temperatures to keep them either above or below the safe temperature zone. Handwashing is to be done at the peak of each hour regardless of the station and before changing tasks. These changes have to be strictly followed. Managers above GM level constantly visit their store to ensure managers and crew members follow the food safety notes.

In my opinion Chipotle at your town/ city deserves a chance but you’ll decide how you feel about once you visit the store. I been eating chipotle everyday for three year. Even if the restaurant seem clean we always have to remember to wash our hand before eating, we touch many things through the day there also ill making bacteria awaiting in the things that the closest.
Im sorry if i misspelled something English is not my first language.
      Have a nice day! 🙂

Julie, I firmly believe that places like Chipotle that have been through problems like that are probably the safest places to eat right now. They are examining and scrutinizing everything far more than most other restaurants to ensure that nothing happens again. A repeat of their problems would probably result in the failure of the brand, so they are being extra careful and doing a lot of promos like these to get people back in. 🙂

  8. Mel

“Kids eat free”…3 of my favorite words. Thanks!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Mel! 😉

  9. Mona

Guess I know where dinner is served on Sundays this coming month 👍

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awesome! Enjoy your Sunday Dinners! 🙂

  10. Lisa

I hope this works for carry out as I plan to get this for myself. LOL! My two girls can eat burritos but since I have stomach problems I like to go with smaller portions.

  11. nicole

Wish it would cover 2 kids per 1 adult. We have too many kids to make it work. Maybe a one on one lunch with a kiddo.

  12. MommySpendsLess

You all know if you have more than one child they’ll let you buy extra kids meals, right? So you can bring the whole family, regardless of whether you have 2, 3, or 5 kids. You’re still getting a discount of approx. $4-$6 compared to what you’d pay if they weren’t offering the promotion. This is a marketing ploy to increase business – and based on some of the comments an effective one – not a gift to families or children…

    • Beth

Haha totally agree. I don’t understand all these other comments. it’s FREE. Pay for whatever is not included.

    • Tams

Right?! One kid eats free, pay for the other(s) & if you don have enough money, don’t go out in the first place! It’s a good and nice thing they’re doing. It’s a free meal, take it or leave it but don’t complain.

  13. bryan

Blah. Not worth giving my kids E. Coli or salmonella poisoning.

  14. j

For all The Chipotle fans out there with kids….how ’bout you buddy up. Ask that nice person next in line if they can order the kids plate for you? They might say yes.

  15. Guggie L Daly

I’m disappointed in the 1:1. Other restaurants know to offer 1:2.

  16. Beth

I really don’t get the whole 2 kids should be able to eat with one adult thing. It’s a promotion, and one free is more than nothing. Its like me saying I should get more of a discount because i have one child with myself and husband when we do these promos. Yes, only one, and proud of it, for my own reasons. Kind of offensive comment above.

    • Amy

I have no kids and happy about it. However I’ll take my friends’ kids out from time to time and these promos are great but I agree that people shouldn’t get so greedy. A business has the right to make money and that’s exactly what the promo is – a way for them to bring in people. But I’m gathering from a lot of people on here that JUST ONE free thing isn’t enough for them, they want more and more and more. I mean, it’s still $4-6 of free food for them for one child but I guess you give people an inch and they want a mile. Chipotle is voluntarily doing this promo which they don’t have to do at all but there are still some people that say 1:1 isn’t good enough. If there are other businesses that offer 1:2 then it would be my general recommendation to patronize those businesses instead of that’s more palatable.

The other option which I’m a little confused about why people are ignoring is that they can likely buy TWO entrees if they have two kids and they should be able to get two free kids meals. If there’s only one adult then they can take it home for a later meal for themselves or split it up between the kids. But i guess since it’s not free people don’t want it.

  17. nikki

no thank u!!! the chipotle is empty here lol

  18. Anu

Does this prom work in Florida (Jacksonville )?
