We managed to get the swing set last weekend for $89! WONDERFUL store in Wisconsin, friendliest people ever – almost had my opinion of Walmart changed…then we went to the one 20 minutes down the road that supposedly had the play house.
What store in WI?
Muskego was the great one. The one 15 minutes over in Milwaukee was just awful.
Did they have anymore?
The playhouse is $49 at my local Walmart and have 2+ in stock.

Yes, call AND confirm the price. Write down the name of the associate you talk to. The store I went to for the playhouse had 2 listed and 0 actually in existence, and the one that held a real one for my sister in law it rang up the wrong price, and the manager wouldn’t give it to her since she didn’t know the associate’s name she confirmed with.

I just clicked on the playhouse link and its showing up for me (in Dallas, TX) as $199.00, not $99.00. Could be regional.

THis one was $89 last weekend in the next town…however I wanted the larger set for $125 so we drove almost 2 hours to get it…While I was there I happen to find the $21 radio flyer pink trike too…double score!!!

I am in the process of getting on walmart. I went to Illinois to get a play house they said they had in stock no luck they looked on walmarts inventory and found one in milwaukee wis so i went there (couldnt hold becauze its a clearance item) I get there and the manager says they never had them all summer. I was furious.
Got one at a Wal mart near me for $120! Yay!!!

Here’s a review for anyone who is on the fence over getting one. We got ours last week when the other deal was posted here on Hip2Save. My BIL, husband and FIL spent an afternoon building it and couldn’t finish. My husband and I finished it over the course of a couple of hours of two additional days. The wood is very thin, I can’t imagine this play set lasting more than 5 years. I know some people said it took them two days to finish. We finished it in approximately 8-9 hours total over the 3 days. The biggest issue was the wood not being pre-drilled in the proper spots. Overall, I am happy my son has a play set/swing set. I just with the wood was sturdier. If I had paid full price for it I would be upset at the quality. Since I scored such an awesome deal I am pleased with what we got.

I was able to snag the Backyard Discovery Oakmont for $175 (reg price $499) at the College Park/Orlando, FL Walmart yesterday! It was the only one, but they did have two additional Backyard Discovery swingsets (one was reg $349 I think) marked down to $175 as well.
I was able to grab a $19 pink trike as well!!! Both the trike and swingset said 0 in stock on Brickseeker, so I am so thankful I went and looked anyway. This is probably wrong…but I was able to exchange the pink trike for a red one at a nearby Walmart that had them both full price.
This Walmart seems to be the only one in the greater Orlando area that regularly has the marked-down items posted here.
