I started to buy this for my son but you only get 30 minutes of ride time for 12 hours and charging. Just didn’t seem worth it. Even at such a good price.

I paid around $80 this spring and it was surprisingly well worth the money. It is by far the most popular outdoor toy we have (and we have a Razor go-cart, an electric ride-on car, a rockboard scooter, etc.). My five and ten year olds fight over it. I don’t know how accurate the 30 minutes of ride is because it seems like my kids and their friends get around an hour of ride time before the battery dies, though I’ve never timed it. However, we keep all the electric toys charging in the garage when not in use, so they are always riding on a full battery. I think it is well worth the price, depending on the age/size of child. It is recommended for kids eight an up but I read reviews indicating that kids as young as five could ride so I figured I would get my money’s worth, and I have.

What’s the item ID for the flash ride? Anyone?

Off topic, but I scored target brand school glue and glue sticks for .25 each today in Massachusetts

      Sweet!

If you find this in store, be sure that you are getting the electric one (if that’s the one you want, of course!). In the spring when I bought one, my store had both the pedal and electric versions for the same price and the packaging isn’t all that distinctive. I almost grabbed the pedal one by mistake. I would have been furious about spending $80 on what’s essentially a Big Wheel on casters!

I was so happy to find this at such a great bargain. There was one left at the store I went to
