Anybody able to buy the BestBuy gift card? Paypal is blocking the payment to this merchant at checkout. And Merchant doesn’t accept any other form of payment….

Is your address verified with Paypal? Sometimes an eBay merchant will not accept a payment from an unverified account.
Yeah, I tried all the ways. but no use. I tried contacting Paypal too. They said due to security issues it is getting blocked and they are not sure what exactly is that issue.
And they suggested not to buy since I might end up getting into trouble after I purchase. That is the reason paypal is preventing me to buy this gift card.
