      Did you search your email? I thought I didn’t receive my bonus, but I double checked my email and I found it in there.

    Trying to do this but at the very end when you enter your Starbucks password it says there was a system error and try again later. Anyone else have this issue?

      Hmm, maybe wait a moment and try back again.

      I had this issue as well but then I realized I wasn’t capitalizing a letter in my password, so it worked after that. I would just double check that you are entering your password correctly.

      II keep having the same problem.I tried it last time and it wouldn’t go through.

      I had the same problem. I tried probably 30 times within the first few days of the promo launching. I uninstalled & reinstalled the app & I was still getting the ‘can’t process at this time, try again later’ message. Then I forgot about it and tried last week and it worked. So… keep trying!

      I’m having the same problem. I’ve been trying to load it for the past 2 days and tried it at least 15 times and keep getting the error message. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, checked my password multiple times and everything is correct, it just won’t let me load the $10.00 using the app. Very frustrating!!!

    I clicked on visa checkout and then it takes me back to payment options after I choose which card I would like to use, has anyone had this problem or is it actually taking it I wonder?

    Okayyy! I’m a little nervous…I always use the app to pay when I’m at Starbucks so I had the app downloaded already. However, I’m hoping I did the VISA Checkout option correctly. I’ve never had a VISA Checkout acct until today, but I decided I needed one as I could not pass up this amazing promo…when you choose VISA Checkout for the payment method and it opens for you to log in and process the card you’ll be using…once you confirm the card and it goes back to the Starbucks app, will there be a checkmark by the side of the card you’re using for the transaction? (I hope this makes sense to someone….) Any help at all is more than appreciated!!!

      When I tried, it did take me back to my Starbucks credit cards from visa checkout, I did end up with an extra $10 Starbucks email and have added it to my Starbucks account. Hth

    Im glad,people have had luck with this. I saw this last week and it gave me nothing but trouble! It would not take my card, give me an error message and i would try again. By the end of the day I was not able to use my card bc it had transacted 19 times. Contacted them and customer service was horrible. I will never use Visa Checkout ever again.

    When you/it says “one per person”, and you mentioned there was one earlier this month – are you talking about the one early August where it was a $5 bonus for $10 ecard purchase?

    It seems like a different offer since the one in August you could do through the website, and this one you need to do through the app.

    I did the one in August, but forgot about that when I rushed to do this. 🙁
    (btw – like other’s have mentioned- after logging in to Visa Checkout, it took me back to the payment method screen. According to the instructions it said to select the Visa card that is registered on Visa Checkout, so I did that)

      Dunkin did a couple different visa checkout deals last year! I got $10 free at least two different times from them on my Dunkin card. I have been hoping they will do it again soon though!

    How do you know you are checking out with Visa checkout? I click to add $10 to my card, then I click “add a card with Visa Checkout” then I sign in to Visa checkout and confirm my CC – but then it takes me back to the “confirm payment” page but I don’t see the Visa checkout logo. I did this last month and didn’t get the bonus the first time, so I did it again but I thought I saw the Visa checkout logo and then I got the bonus that time.

    This does not work. I registered my visa card as per the instructions and then loaded 10.00 from my visa using the Starbucks app. 1 week later no 10.00 evoucher from visa. Dont do it. Its a scam

      same here. load $10 to my registered card on Sep.17, don’t not receive reward….so disappointment.
